Love conquers war this series is a masterpiece
I have been a fan of this series and praying to god and Buddha they make an anime of this series. ninjas and handsome warriors plus hilariousness what is not to like? When I had finish the tail of the moon series the prequel came out. This is how the tail of the moon series unfolds.girl with amnesia who turns out to be an awesome ninja falls in love with the man turning out to be her enemy blond hair hanzou. To find out the ending read on ...Everything made even more between blonde and brown hair hanzous sense. I hope you who are reading this finds it helpful this series is a treasure I gave my books of this series to the library because i had to move i thought for others to read and it never made it to the shelves so that tells me some one treasures it as much as I do. Now with my kindle I can download my beloved manga series tail of the moon😂😁😀😊☺😄

Leaves you wanting more and more
I have read and adored all of the Tail of the Moon series and was delighted to read the prequel about Hanzou and Sara. Their characters are fully established here, and you get a better appreciation for Hanzou. He shows true maturity and strength of character. Reading this makes you wonder if Hanzou is truly the careless womanizer as Hanzo claims or a younger cousin fighting to hold his own against a stronger and domineering older cousin. It makes me want to reread Tail of the Moon series now that Hanzou is cast in a new light. I just wish the book was more than one volume.

Happy!
So I'm 30 years old and when I was younger I collected and still have every manga to this! I was super excited to find this prequel!

Fun and Fluffy
I haven't read much of the sequel to this manga, "Tail of the Moon," but I read this anyway because it was such a quick read. While I may not be able to appreciate it as well as someone who's read the sequel, I did enjoy this manga. The story focuses mostly on the Romeo and Juliet type romance, but there's also a lot of action. It can be a little confusing when it comes to who's allied with whom and who's trying to kill whom, but this has more to do with Western unfamiliarity with Japanese history than with the quality of the manga. You may have to put a little thought into it, but there are notes in the back to help you figure it out. The art's also pretty, and the action seens are done well.I liked the characters, too. Kaguya is a sweet girl, but she's also tough. She lets her feelings get in the way of what she's supposed to be doing sometimes, though. Hanzou is cute and funny, and he tends to sulk when he doesn't get his way. The two go well together, and the romance is enjoyable. I think I would have liked it even more if I had been familiar with the characters as they have more development in the subsequent series."Tail of the Moon Prequel: The Other Hanzo(u)" is a fun, enjoyable romance. It's fluffy and the story is nothing new, but it's sweet and entertaining. Fun for fans of the sequel and newcomers alike.

Great story from Rinko Ueda
Great prequel to Tail of the moon. It told of the 'arranged marriage' that was described between the princess and Hanzo in the main story. No wonder Hanzo distrusted any other girl after this. But it's a great read to see to those who love the Tail of the Moon series, or anyone who wants a quick read. It's intriguing and compelling as the whole story. It's too bad there's no more to the series anymore/ or anime. I just can't see it becoming a real live drama.
