Not that 'high strength' ... H&B B 100 are better strength and cheaper

Not my first vitamin supply and definitely not my last, regular readers of my reviews will know that there have been some health issues that plague me, and having very low energy levels is a by product of some of those issues, previous attempts to remedy this with (other brand) vitamins have had mixed success.However I am just over a month into this so called Super B-Complex and they seem to live up to that promise, as always I caution that it could merely be a placebo effect but I have more energy throughout the day now and feel generally more revitalised, I refuse to believe in coincidence so am fairly confident they are having another positive effect for me and look forward to the next few months for continued improvement.

I am consistently battling b12 deficiency as it runs in my family but fortunately I am the one who doesn’t require injections yet, therefore I supplement with b12 supplements as recommended by my GP.I have tried A LOT of b12 supplements across the range, ones that have worked, others that have not and some that you build a tolerance to quickly.I just finished my first supply of this particular supplement and I have noticed a change in my energy levels. Through this time I made considerable changes to my diet including increasing my intake of meat and b12 packed vegetables, although I do feel that these have made a difference.They come in medium sized tablet form with a yellowish colour that have a typical non peculiar taste. You will have no trouble swallowing them as long as you can take tablets.There are two forms of b12: Cyanocobalamin and Methylcobalamin.This product contains all 8 B-Vitamins and b12 in the form of Methylcobalamin, which is meant to be superior than the other due to its bioavalability and being more absorbable in the body.However, I am basing this on my anecdotal experience and I can say with confidence, that they have helped.If you are experiencing tiredness and fatigue, depression or any abnormal symptoms consider getting a blood test to get your b12 checked. Remember to consult your GP before adding any supplement to your diet.

My mom suffers from low B12 and can feel tired and run down a lot. I got her these hoping to give her a boost. I also tried one myself, to try a preventative as it seems to run in my family and I don't want to take injections like some do. Shes been taking these for a couple of weeks and has said they've helped, are easy to swallow and are helping her. The price is reasonable and if it helps her feel better than its great. Be careful as I've read some can overdose on B12, don't know how true it is, but if you have real problems with it see your doctor to be safe.

A great vitamin B complex with the inclusion of PABA and inositol from Vibe Vitality - I've taken a vitamin B complex supplements for years now as they're great for so many things and I consider it an essential multi-vitamin, not just for very good support with energy levels and preventing fatigue but also for supporting healthy skin and hair. This one is a very good and inclusive option so is one I would be happy to continue using.If you follow the minimum one a day recommendation these will last around 3 months so they're pretty good value too.

These are a 3 month supply of B vitamins, one a day.The tablets are smallish and easy to take, there is a slight odour but nothing too off-putting.They are made in the UK and hygienically packed with a foil / c ardboard lid which keeps them secure and free from contamination during transportation. The pack is good value, and they contain a good amount of B vitamins which are essential, especially for those with fatigue issues and also recommended for vegans and vegetarians, which of course they are suitable for.Overall, would recommend

I am quite pleased with this vitamin B product by Vibe Vitality. It arrived quickly and came well-packaged. Please note that people eating a vegan diet need to make sure they get enough B12 - because of the risk of deficiency. The tablets are designed to take daily, in relatively easy, to swallow fashion. I feel that it is helping with nerve issues/problems and that is why this regularly.
