LETRASET Neon Marker, Set 1

These are great, juicy, BRIGHT markers. They are not opaque, but I do find them a lot more brilliant and saturated than highlighters. The markers are water-based, so if you use them on watercolor paper (or mark up your palette a bit) and then wet them, you can move them around just like watercolor paint with your brush. Since there isn't a good fluorescent watercolor/neon watercolor paint on the market, these do the trick nicely. I can't vouch for long-term lightfastness, but the things I have used the markers on have stayed pristine since I have used them. No fading that I can detect. However, fluorescent colors tend to be very fugitive, so I'm interested to see if the markers will actually remain color/lightfast as Letraset says they will. Regardless, these are great juicy markers with vibrant color and I'm thrilled to have them in my collection.

The green marker came dried up and the yellow isn't neon at all??? I've bought these before and luckily the yellow and green were the only ones that I didn't use that much. The other markers were fine im just super disappointed that TWO OUT OF SIX markers were bad. In the pictures the yellow at the top is what it's SUPPOSED to look like. Same with the green. As for how they work, these are my favorite highlighter markers. They don't bleed and also they don't leave alot of markers strokes.

First set that came was pretty rough with several colors not really working. Reached out to the vendor who sent me a replacement set that is wonderful.

These are my favorite highlighters because of the bright colors. I actually got an extra one, in blue (which happens to be my least favorite). The only bad thing is that the yellow one turned brownish and was leaky so I had to throw it out.

I love these markers! The neon colors are especially beautiful compared to other Letraset markers. Each color is unique. There is a small bullet end and a larger end -- sadly no brush end but I can live with that. They do bleed through on coloring books so it is important to put a heavy piece of paper underneath the coloring book page you are working on/ your sketchbook page to protect the other pages.

Okay so all the colors besides the yellow and green are good and juicy like all the other reviews say but the yellow is a weird brown yellowish color and I don’t think it’d supposed to look like that and the green is completely died up :( which is the one I was looking most forward to lol it’s fine but just wanted people to b aware cause I haven’t seen anything about this

These are a must-have for anyone who loves neon bright colors, wish they had more colors though and it was brush but the nib being huge on one end really is great. Every single color is bright and vibrant in my sketchbook and talk about juicy, like a Florida orange juicy. I got mine for a few bucks cheaper than fourteen so watch for price fluctuations. These would be great for any kid into art for a present.
