The scooter arrived quite quickly and was easy to assemble and get started.However, within few days a fault developed with the locking pins within the steering column. I contacted the company as they promise full after sales support. I emailed them multiple times, only to be sent a video of which didn't relate to the fault with my scooter. They are now ignoring my follow up emails and will not respond.This company does not provide full after sales support. I am now left with a faulty scooter which potentially is dangerous.I am not going to recommend this scooter, am own experience in trying to get this resolved is very bad

I had the scooter for 2 months it was good....But then it would not switch on one day.I contacted seller who arranged for it to be repaired it had to go to Poland. 2 weeks later I got a different scooter back.My bag was gone and my UK plug...... with a fair bit more wear and tear on it. And the right handle was not able to locate and lock into position. Again they offered to repair it.... I was not happy with that...After a good few emails 24 hour response time between each email...I wanted my original scooter back but it had got lost in there warehouse....and I was offered a "unpacked one" which was 90% new they said....I asked for a new one or my money back.They offered me a portion of the money back £260.00 was refunded even though I paid £289.00 originally. I got fed up after all the back and forth with the emails.So I agreed to the £260.00 refund just to be done with this....as I have had enough.

I've bought it due to covid19. Before it tookme one hour and two buses to get to work. Now I'm there in about 30 mins. I live in London.The only problem is that I need to charge it every day because I do almost 25 km per day.Can't complain, I would buy it again!

scooter fine its self, have problem at the start when i open package, not charging up till 100 %. have to just guess when i need to charge it again. in fairness seller want to sort the problem with repair service, but its a lot of hassle. would reccomend deffineley.

Bought in July and broke in November. Seller keeps telling me they can’t collect it for repair despite there being no issue getting a delivery to/from Poland where their warehouse is based. Multiple chasers and requests to just give me a refund or organise a courier to no avail. Very dissatisfied with the service and now have a broken scooter that I paid £289 for sitting in my hallway collecting dust.

I bought this scooter in 2020, it was only really to be used occasionally and being in lockdown it was barely used more than 30 times, but 3 weeks after the years guarantee run out the scooter failed whilst I was on it, the scooter died whilst I was riding it downhill and the electronic front break would not work as the whole thing had cut out completely, I tried charging it again without success, so I contacted the seller and they refused to do anything as it was now out of it's guarantee, even though it was only 3 weeks outside of the guarantee.My advice is buy a different one, buy one with mechanical disk breaks, spend a bit more money and buy one supplied by Amazon, not a third party supplier, they would most likely be a bit more flexible on the guarantee as well as standing by the products that they sell.

Great scooter arrived early than advised good speed and easy storage. Lights powerful for night time use.
