These seem to be really good quality. I busted out the top panes of glass so that they were open all the way around the top and not just one opening. On the panes I wanted to break out, I pressed a large metal pin or bolt on one side of the pane and tapped it with a hammer on the other side to crack the glass being careful not to bend the frame. This worked really well. Now the plants can drape over all sides. I wore a face shield and did this outside over the garbage can....you may want to wear gloves if you're afraid of getting cut. If you get cut or blind yourself, don't blame me! This is only a suggestion of what I did...you are responsible for your own safety.

All the other hanging terrariums I looked at were far too large for what I wanted to do so I hunted and hunted and finally found these. They're the perfect size for building a terrarium for air plants in and add some visual interest to the space I hung them in. I used a funnel to get the gravel and sand inside and tweezers to place the accents. These are good quality and sturdy. I do wish there was some extra chain included as I hung mine in an asymmetrical fashion and the extra chain I found at a local hardware store didn't match.

Very happy with the hanging terrariums. Great size to showcase my small succulents and crystals. 3 pieces to hang together or separatley. Perfect for air plants. Giftable too.

So sad I dropped my favorite one and all though they are extremely well make, very thick glass some glass panels shattered but still a beautiful holder. As you. An see I placed some succulents directly in 2 of them and while the plant loves it the frame does leak when watering. Great gifts idea.

I have no where to put plants on a horizontal plane, and my daughter loves them, so we decided to go vertical. Since they’re in my kitchen I was pretty picky on what I wanted up there. I ordered this set and was a little worried about color. It’s a bright gold first out of the box, and I was a bit concerned, but has since tamed itself. Even thought they are listed as planters, they leak, thus minus one star. But I use a pipette (those little plastic droppers with a squeezy bulb at the end?) to water the plants as a solution, so I don’t get too much in there. Normally I water my indoor succulents like every other week. But I just do less water about once a week with these. In case you’re wondering, they are hanging from a pizza/cake stand I found here on Amazon (search MyGift 10 in gold tone metal pizza stand), and the top chain I also found on Amazon. It should be noted that I altered the chain lengths for my purposes, so what you see is not how it really is. The longest hanging planter is how it comes out of the box. The gold on the pizza stand, extra chain and the planters do not match perfectly, but as you can see they blend well, so that’s not an issue.

Cool little terrariums. Exactly as advertised. Came I perfect cutout styrofoam so not exactly earth friendly packaging but safe so your product comes in one piece (or 3, rather). Great deal for the price and adds some modernity to my old bathroom

cute! Not the best quality but for 3 at $30 it’s a good buy. These are decorative and obviously do not have drainage holes. Someone in the reviews complained it isn’t water tight. It isn’t supposed to be. This isn’t for plants you water heavily! If you aren’t an experienced plant parent it would best be used with decorative rocks and fake succulents. Air plants need to be removed from them, soaked in water and then returned to the hangers. If you use real succulents you’ll need to do a bottom layer of rocks and then a middle layer of cactus/succulent soil and a layer or rocks on top. The succulents should be misted a couple times a week and placed out of direct sunlight but in a bright spot with indirect light. Hope this helps!

Got this for my granddaughter. She loved it. Wife took her to local garden shop and they helped her pick out appropriate items. Was a big hit and fun granddaughter/grandmother project.

They are decent little terrariums the glass is shear and they look just like there picture. However, I was expecting a little better quality for $39... there description does explain that they are not water tight but I was not expecting to be able to see gaps between all joints. If you want to make a bed for air plants I recommend getting small stones. Otherwise happy with the purchase

The small hanging glass planters were super small and fragile. I expected them to be a tad larger, but I was wrong, which was fine. Still super cute, but a bit expensive for what you get.
