I am not an idiot by far with gadgets, but this case comes out of its box already put together and there are no instructions OUTSIDE or on the front or back of the box (nor in the listing for the product that I resorted to for help as well) as to how to open the darn thing to get inside of it....which is where the instructions are at on how to use the case, including, yes, how to get the thing apart to begin with!!! LOL I ended up peeling it apart from one corner and then figured out where the seam was and then carefully pulled the two halfs apart. When I accessed the inside and of course the instructions, then you can read how to open it!! Anyway, I think they need to reprint their box with a statement of how to properly open the case. The other thing that is important to note and other reviewers have noted as well, is that your Note 10+ comes with a factory screen protector already. The instructions for this case say to "remove any screen protectors before putting on the case". Well, DON'T remove the factory one!!! You don't need to. It's not meant to be removed anyway. The case, after you get it on and closed will work just fine. If it seems at first you are having to hit the screen harder to type, go to: Settings - Display - Touch Sensitivity, and turn that on. You should be fine from that point. I don't use the fingerprint thing because I don't want to have to put a password in just to use my own phone all the time. Very much a hassle on my older Samsung. That choice is yours, but I can't comment on the effectiveness of the fingerprint area. I like the case because it's big and bulky, but it does provide for a nicer grip than not having any case at all. I'll be able to attach a pop socket on the back too which will be nice. Anyway, first case for my new Note 10+. Gotta go so I can see how fares.

El dactilar no funciona para nada. En cuanto a carga inalámbrica tampoco. El sonido del altavoz está en eco al igual que las llamadas. Es robusto y se ve duradero; sin embargo voy por el flipcover de samsung original y un gorillglass para mi Note 10+. Se hace reposición... considero que fue un error y aun tengo fé en el producto. Pros: I absolutely LOVE the construction of this case. I was looking specifically for a phone case that had the screen protector built in, instead of buying a protective case PLUS buying a separate screen cover film. This one seemingly had it all. Feels good in the hand, resistant to dings and scratches, allows for seamless touchscreen responsivity/sensitivity when clicking and swiping. EXCEPT....Cons: I absolutely HATE the fingerprint sensor capability. It is non-existent. I did EVERYTHING right according to their instructions with regard to making sure that my phone fingerprint sensor could read my fingerprints through the screen cover and none of them worked. The phone cover instructions advised that (1) the phone screen and both sides of the screen cover be perfectly clean; (2) turn on increased touchscreen sensitivity in my phone Settings (which is designed exactly to adjust touch sensitivity to avoid problems with fingerprint sensor when using screen covers/protectors); (3) re-register my fingerprints in my phone WITH the new phone screen cover ON so that the phone could recognize my fingerprints under the new circumstances. NONE of these things made a difference...because my phone's fingerprint sensor was still not able to read my finger AT ALL with the screen cover on, despite following directions to a tee. I positioned my finger in a million different ways...and "pressed harder" as the phone kept asking me to do. And unless pressing my finger THROUGH the darn phone screen was the plan...then it simply wasn't going to work.This completely negates the benefits of this phone cover for me. I use fingerprint sensor to log in to ALL of my apps (incl. banking apps, work apps, social apps, etc.) so that I don't have to remember the passwords for all of them (since passwords saved on my phone sometimes don't autofill...which is incredibly frustrating). THUS, this case had the potential to be a 5⭐, but because not having access to the fingerprint sensor means this case is completely unusable for me, it is demoted to a 2⭐.I am super bummed because I was really looking forward to such a simple, sleek, and sturdy case design with a screen cover built in. Most other cases only include the surrounding case...not the screen. Now I'm gonna have to dig to find a better one that does have built-in screen cover, but doesn't have the issue with fingerprint sensor. Smh.

This case looks nice and it feels sturdy. It adds a bit of bulk but the phone is pretty big anyway to begin with so no problem there. I experienced some drawbacks with the case I received:1. For the wide lens, there is a tiny shadow on the two corners (when taking pictures, not when recording videos). It’s possible this is only on the case I received and I don’t know if it would improve or get worse as time goes on. Not too big a deal.2. The case diverts the audio to the back of the phone. The first time I got a call I was wondering why it was more difficult to hear. When I lifted the phone farther from my ear, and sure enough, the sound was louder when I flipped it over. This is the same with the speakerphone.3. Fingerprint wouldn’t be recognized but I must admit, I didn’t want to remove the screen protector that my phone came with. I decided to add more fingerprints and I was afraid it wouldn’t work because I had to really press hard to get a fingerprint registered. After I was finished though I feel I don’t have to press as hard even compared to befor I put the case on.Overall a good case. I am keeping. All the issues I wrote down I think I could get eventually get used to.

Lo bueno y lo malo:Bueno:-Es super resistente. Mi celular se cayó de mesas y en la arena y no le pasó nada. La inclusión de la muñequera ayuda mucho también.-Completamente a prueba de agua y mantiene el celular a salvo.Lo malo:-La mica que cubre la pantalla es plástico y super propenso a rayones. Le cayó un encendedor encima y eso fue suficiente para dejar un rayón considerable.-el detector de huella no funciona un 80% de las veces, aunque volví a registrar mi huella en cuanto puse la funda.-los auriculares del Note 10+ no son lo mejor, de por si, pero la funda los afecta todavía más. Recomendaría el uso de una bocina no audífonos para audio en este celular.No dudaría en recomendarlo para ir de vacaciones.

The case fits great, but with the screen protector that comes on the phone added with the case the fingerprint reader won't work. That's expected though as it wouldn't work with any case since you have 2 layers of added protection. Other than that this case is perfect and definitely a worthy purchase. There is no echo and no one has an issue hearing you with the case on.

Bien a secas, se siente resistente y de calidad aceptable para el precio, sin embargo el reconocimiento por huella no funciona y el plástico de la pantalla hace un efecto raro en las esquinas, pero si como en mi caso solamente la usarás ocasionalmente para un viaje en la playa o algún lugar donde ocupes protección del dispositivo sin importar lo demás entonces esta es una muy buena opción.

Excelente protección para todo el teléfono funciona perfectamente con el sensor de huella digital totalmente impermeable, lamentablemente ya no hay

Perfecto la funda que andaba buscando, entra bien en el bolsillo, no pesa, funciona perfectamente contra el agua, y tiene una muy buena protección para golpes, caidas y arañones, la funcionalidad de la huella se ve un poco reducida pero mientras se mantenga limpia la pantalla y la funda funciona correctamente, estoy muy contento con mi compra ampliamente recomendado
