Ebony Wood Quad Watch Winder with Black Leather Interior and 4 Program Settings

The case itself looks really sharp. It's fancy looking and kind of impressive. However, after about one year the first motor went out and the second motor failed after 18 months. It looks cool on the dresser so I haven't thrown it away, but the functionality is worthless.

Box arrived well protected in packaging from the manufacturer. The box itself was covered in a cloth bag, the power source was in a separate box, and finally, there was an envelope containing a brief set of instructions and the key for the lock to the box. In all, the product arrived in very good shape. The color is as expected, while this box indicates ebony, there is a little red to the wood graining which makes it look color wise like a very dark cherry wood box. Protective feet were in tact on the bottom of the box for placement on another piece of furniture.The box is large. I didn't realize how large until placing onto my dresser, but it is imposing. You have to be careful of placement near a wall to ensure that when opening you don't hit the wall with the lid.Inside, the dark leather and watch holders are expected. I took one star away as there is little adjustability to the holders, and some of my watches (especially those with fixed circumference bands) do move around a little when placed inside on the turntables. The fixed locations are nice for extra watches that don't need winding or aren't intended for prominent display.The mechanisms inside are very nice and contain several settings, each in differing directions and turns per minute. It is very nice to have different settings in order to make sure not to overwind a watch. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase, and appreciate both the look of this item in my bedroom and its function.

I never expected $175 item quit working so soon. trying to trouble shoot, all pieces are glued instead of screwed. no way to open and see unless cut it. so bad.old comment.Prosthis thing is very beautiful inside, outside, curve, leather interior, nicely done.there are two control switches, and work independently,Consheavy, and big. you need to check the size of your shlef, the height is twice when open. it will be costly if you have to pay for return shipping.it is noisy, do not put it close to your bed.women watches never fit perfectly

I like the looks of the product but I had to get another after a couple of years use - first one just stopped working one day.

One of the winders has already stopped working. Of course after the 1 year warranty but I've only owned it for 3 plus years. Would not buy this product again!

Just receive it. So far, so good. Looks great and both tables spinnig. No warranty information was included in the box.

GOOD PRODUCT, ONE OF THE TWO TURNING PLATES IS NOISY, EMMITING LIKE A GRINDING SOUND. HOPE IT WILL NOT AFFECT THE FUNCTIONNING ON THE LONG RUN.THE SMALL BAG OF DESSICANT GEL WAS INSIDE THE MECHANISM. ONE DAY I FOUND THE PEBBLES SPREAD ALL OVER THE INTERIOR.

After a little over 3 1/2 mos, one of the winders suddenly stopped.I emailed the vendor/merchant per the warranty card, he has yet to reply after a week.

I am giving this product 4 stars. I love how clean and crisp this winder looks, arrived without any issues, no scratches or damages. In terms of looks and size, I would say it is indeed worth the money. The only thing preventing me from giving this 5 stars or saying that I am getting more than what I paid for is the fact that the product description is inaccurate. The settings (time settings) indicated in the Amazon website differs from that of the manual included in the box. Other than this oversight, it is worth the purchase.

Quality feels high, and silent operation with multiple settings.Great. Its so nice to have all my automatics running on time.They are no longer just nice bracelets, they are fully functional time pieces.Update: I purchased this December 5, 2015. I have no complaints on build quality. It's been running nonstop since I have purchased it. Still works quietly and dependably.

Great at first look, but average craftmanship, finish is nice and work OK and noiseless. Received mine with a scratch in front and print defect on one of the control knob. But overall it's PK for the price paid.

Mechanism is surprisingly quiet!The only thing I don't love about this is the fact that the Diplomat logo is a bit prominent (silver on wood), other than that, beautiful product.

I personally like the design of the winder but I think vertical watch winder will do better job.
