Nice bag and serves the purpose.
Ordered directly from bowling.com and shipment was fast and arrived safely. Bag handle does not retract completely into the bag, as others have mentioned, but not a problem for me. I just wish the handle securely locked into place tighter so then I could lift the bag up into the car by it's handle, but the locking mechanism is weak (like other bags) and will always extend when pulled up so I now have to tilt the bag on it's side and lift it up by it's bag handle (as usual).

Somehow the product was shipped priority when I specified standard. after a coup;e messages to the seller my shipping was refunded, impressive responce from the seller. A good deal in my opinion.

Good bowling bag for one ball.
Loved the color, have previously owned a bag just like it in blue. After many years of use the cloth began to wear out around the edges. Fits one ball and my shoes inside the main pouch. I use the outside pouch for paperwork for my league. The handle slides up and down for convenience and locks in place at two different heights. Works for me!

Not a great design
I don’t like where the handle is placed. When you want to pick up the bag you need to turn the bag on it’s side. Also the handle on the rolling part doesn’t go all the way down. Very poor design.
