Faulty units and poor customer service
Very unimpressed with this company's customer service. Bought the twin pack and neither was charging properly so exchanged them for a new set. This time one had a very dim charging light but didn't charge and the other wouldn't even turn on.Contacted their customer services who advised me to change cables/charger which I'd obviously already done. Few more emails sent back and forth, sent the confirmation of my amazon order and after 5 days have heard nothing back.I want to like these speakers as there are plenty of good reviews but after having 2 faulty packs and no real help from customer services I feel like giving up with them

Outstanding
These are outstanding. Small, loud, good battery life. The range is decent. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS though when setting them up. It’s not hard but syncing 2 has a different sequence. The only down side is you can only sync 2 max.

Very impressed
Absolutely love these speakers! Connected both to my phone and had music playing in 5 mins. Sound quality is great and the speakers look great in the garden.
