Great tool!
Love this interactive toy! I purchased this for our 4 month old husky, looking for something to keep her entertained, and I was not let down! In the beginning, it took her a few good minutes to figure it out, and about a week later, she gets it done in about 2 minutes. If you've never had a husky, let me tell you, these dogs are very inquisitive! But due to her being involved with this, our older pit is now getting in on the fun! This is huge because our pit isn't amused by much! Overall, it's durable enough to withstand puppy chewing, and being carried around. It's also super easy to wipe clean as it's some sort of durable, perhaps reinforced layers of plastic. Even though the puppy figured it out, it still seems to excite her, and considering it keeps both dogs entertained and active mentally, I would absolutely recommend this to any dog owner!

A lot of fun to play with my dog and a good quality
I uploaded a video to show how the game works and show how much fun my dog has playing it! The quality is good. The plastic is a little bit flimsy, but not bad for my dog. She is not an aggressive biter for things of this nature. The blue definitely is an easy contrast for them to see against the grey. Easy to assemble. Zero plastic smell. Good durability so far. Great interaction and bonding with my dog. She is 15 years old and mastered this very quickly but wants to keep playing it over and over again! One of the best toys we have so far!

Slows him down from eating too fast. Easy to clean and put together.
The only reason for 4 stars not 5 is because the lids with the 3 holes are not good. The holes are too small for my dog's food to come out. I only use the set of lids that have 1 hole which can fit his kible just right. My dogo loves this toy. I use it for his meals bc he eats too fast so I use this to slow him down. I clean it by taking it apart and washing it by hand, its not hard. Sometimes I dont feel like doing a thorough cleaning so I leave the tube in the stick and wash it with a dish sponge from outside and inside the tube. Then I let it air dry. My dog is about 35 lbs husky GSD mix and he is 4 months old. This toy is a good size for him. Sometimes when the food doesn't come out quickly, he gets upset and pushes it too hard so the whole thing falls over lol. I have to pick it up right away and set it up right again so he doesn't get mad and continues to work on it. So you have to watch them so that they don't tip it over. Well, I can walk away from him bc he'll let me know if he tipped it over, he gets mad and tells me. He now knows when its finally empty and just walks away from it. He gets really excited when he sees the toy. The first time you use it, have him watch you fill it with his food so that he knows whats inside. I also helped him a little bit in the first few times as he didn't really k ow how to get the food out. He's an expert now! He uses his paws to push to turn the tubes. If that doesn't work he uses his mouth to flip them. Its cute to watch! Good activity for him.

My rabbit loves playing with this, and of course getting treats!
My bunny absolutely loves the TRIXIE Activity Around Puzzle Feeder! It keeps her engaged and mentally stimulated for long periods, making it a great source of fun not just for rabbits, but for cats and small dogs too. The design is intuitive and easy to clean, which I really appreciate—it takes just a quick rinse or wipe-down after each use. Despite regular use, the toy has proven to be very durable and holds up well to enthusiastic play. One of the standout features is that it’s surprisingly resistant to chewing; even with my bunny’s constant nibbling, there’s barely any visible wear. The compartments are just the right size for small treats, encouraging pets to think and interact with it. I love that it adds enrichment to my pet’s routine without creating extra work for me. Overall, it’s a well-made, multi-species puzzle toy that brings a lot of joy to curious pets. It is very quiet during use and doesn't make a noise.

Fun puzzle, not very sturdy
Shipped great with no damage to the box. I'm not sure if I got a faulty one, or if the two halves of the tube aren't supposed to be fully stuck together, but it seems a bit flinsy. I had to really try to get the two halves of the tube to line up and stay attached. My dog started off solving it correctly, but quickly realized she could push the tower over and get all the food at once, because it's just resting in the base, not snapped in. Going forward, I'm going to super glue the tube into the base so that it can't be removed by cheating like this. The overall idea of the toy is great, and considering I got it on sale for under $10 I can't be too mad, there are just a few flaws in the design. For reference, my dog is 7 pounds and easily knocked the tube over by pawing at the blue pieces. My dog has solved a few different easy/beginner puzzles before and did not seem confused by any of the components of this puzzle. I also wouldn't use anything that would leave a residue in this toy, because it seems difficult to fully clean. There are crevices in the base I can tell would collect water. All in all, it's a fun buy when it's on sale if your dog isn't too rough on puzzles.

My sheltie stays busy while i mop the floors.
Fun for good dogs! I put BIXBI Pocket Trainers in it. They give just enough resistance to not fall out too fast. He can eat lots of those without ruining his diet. He likes it! Great product!

Great feeding toy and studies show feeding toys lower stress
As a veterinarian, I am always interested in simple ways to improve health and decrease pet stress. Feeding toys such as this are based on studies done on farm animals and in zoos which show that mental stimulation leads to decreased stress. It's a simple concept-- think of the depression that often results when a human is chronically unemployed. I like toys like this for a few reasons. First, a lot of our pets simply bolt all of their food. This kind of toy can help slow them down and put them on a more "mindful" track of eating. Second, pet boredom is pretty big problem considering the indoor lifestyle that most of our pets currently live. I see stress related behavioral problems in both dogs and cats on a regular basis. A multi modal approach to giving our furry kids a good life is important in helping to prevent stress and behavioral problems. Although I feed my cat a primarily wet food based diet, I actually bought this toy and a cat specific Trixie toy which allows me to add bits of wet food to the wells for my senior cat. He can do both and he gets very excited when they come out. I do not, however, actually add treats to this toy or the cat specific toy as suggested. I add either small amounts of very low-calorie dry food, flakes of dried bonito fish, cat grass leaves, or, in the summer, fresh cat nip leaves to the various compartments. It doesn't really matter what I put in here, he loves the challenge regardless. In fact, I would recommend things like little frozen dollops of canned food and a different brand of kibble vs. several high calorie treats. Even if your pet is lazy most of them will enjoy engaging in this, particularly if you put it out at meal time Instead of the giant bowl of empty mindless calories known as the food bowl. The round stand up shapes take my cat a while to bat out of place as they were designed for a dog's mouth, but it doesn't deter him from trying, and succeeding, with this game. He Did manage to hide the red stand up cone under the sofa for a few weeks but I finally found it the other day and our game is up and fully functional once again! Five stars from this vet!!!!

Absolute garbage
First problem: The little pull out shelves in the tower are SO loose. I had to reset the tower a couple of times just trying to set it on the ground. The slightest jostle and they just fall out. That made it pretty easy for my dog to solve. She didn't have to bother pulling them out by the little strings. She just bumped it with her nose a couple times and they fell out and dispensed the treats. The other parts of the puzzle she was familiar with, since she owns another puzzle by this company, so it took about 2 minutes for her to get all the goodies out of it. Not great. Second problem: once you put the tower in, it's in. Making this puzzle so incredibly bulky for storing. I keep most my dog's stuff in a cube organizer in my closet. This takes up a whole cube by itself. I don't have a full cube to spare for one puzzle. I finally tried to wiggle the tower free and broke it. It is what it is. This thing was basically trash anyways.
