Since there seem to be almost ZERO maternity scrubs out there, this is about the only option I had. While the panel fits fine now that i'm about 24 weeks (earlier it was a bit big) the legs have absolutely no stretch. When I stand the legs are baggy. When I sit, which is all day, they are tight. I always wear a large and these are somewhat too small. I really wish they had material that stretched, even a little.

I do love these pants but I shouldn't have chosen petite. They're a little short for my liking, but for most they would be perfect I'm sure. I do like my pants a little on the longer side, even though I'm short. I only have a couple more months to go so it wasn't worth returning them. They're very comfortable and I'm glad I went ahead and bought them vs squeezing into my normal scrub pants. I wouldn't have been as comfortable throughout the day.

I really liked these pants. At first they were a little big, but at the end of my pregnancy I was thankful for the extra room! The pants are wider legged which I am not used to (normally wear a boot cut pant) so maybe that is why, but over all I felt they were as flattering as you can get with maternity scrub pants. Seemed to wash well and not wrinkle much!

These pants fit well and are pretty comfortable. I'm 5'1" and 119lbs at 23 weeks and usually wear a size S (petite) scrub pants pre-pregnancy. Based on what other reviewers have said, I decided to order a size down in XS since a lot of people were saying they fit a bit large. I'm glad I did because the XS fits me just perfect. They do have that weird loose fabric 'pooch' between where the elastic band and the scrub material meet, but I did order the matching Cherokee maternity scrub top with this, and since that top is a little long on me it covers that poochy part just fine. The maternity band is soft and makes the pants fit comfortably. Definitely worth it.

Obviously this will be too big if your belly hasn't come in yet. I started wearing these when I was nearing the end of my second trimester. The fabric is soft and breathable. Felt really comfortable. If you want to know the fit, I'm roughly 5ft
