Can you freeze the puree once opened?

I have and it seems ok. I froze mine in ice cube trays so that if I made smoothies I could use as many as is like to give it the taste I liked. Hope this helps.

Awful. Bitter and horrible.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I bought this to avoid having to juice a lot pf lemons for a big batch of cocktails. Unfortunately this juice is bitter and horrible and ruined my cocktails. I went to the shop and bought fresh lemons and saved the day. I will never ever buy this again. An absolute rip off.
