Beautiful sturdy desk! Takes a while to assemble.
I love this desk. Quick pros & cons.Pros:- Sturdy (also HEAVY)- Good amount of storage for a secretary desk- Personally like the style- Lower cabinet has enough depth for a printer.Cons:- Not really a con, but pay close close attention to the orientation of the pieces when assembling. I put a piece on backwards so the backing wouldn't slide down all the way. I'd come too far so I didn't fix it & you can't tell.- Challenging for one person to assemble alone but it can be done. Took me about 3-4 hours at a leisurely pace- Drawers do not have stops to keep them from falling out (probably only an issue with young children or cats)- Not sure how keyboard drawer would hold up to heavy daily use. Not flimsy, but I think it may have issues with heavy useI bought this for a living/dining transition area because my house doesn't have a dedicated home office. It only houses a Chromebook that my elderly mother uses once or twice per week, so the desk is mostly decorative/ storage. I got it on sale & it was well worth the price Unpaid for the quality. This is definitely on the sturdier side of "assemble it yourself" furniture.

Time-consuming but relatively easy assembly
I'm not good at assembly projects as was overwhelmed that this came in so many pieces requiring assembly. BUT, while it took me a long time, the instructions were clear, the pictures were good, and the hardware was easy to use (for the most part). Bottom line -- I was able to do it without help, and if I can, anyone can with some patience. The one thing I found hard was trying to steady tiny screws to get them started. It would help if there was a better "divet" pre-drilled to start those out in. On one, the screw skipped and I punctured a finger my left hand which I was using to try to steady the screw straight to get it started. Overall that being my biggest complaint points to the general ease of assembly. The product is of good quality for the cost and looks nice. I'm happy with it!

Great for a little craft corner.
I have a small place and needed something for a small compact crafting spot. Ans this fit the bill! It was a good size for the area I wanted to use. It for my storage containers perfectly. The quality is good/great — don’t expect super high quality. But it should last for a long time. It’s pretty sturdy.I like all the storage below. And love that there is a pullout desk. One thing that I wish I could do is open the storage below whole the desk is pulled out. And the front is down, but the handle get in the way of the doors opening. It took a couple of hours for my husband to put together. There are a lot of pieces. All I all I really like my new crafting corner hutch! Beats working on a folding table out of a box. :)

Perfect size!
Absolutely love this! It's the perfect size for my apartment and it has lots of storage space! I'm using it as a sewing desk. I love that all the shelves can be adjusted to different levels. Everything went smoothly putting it together. Just take your time there's lots of pieces. Very sturdy and well made.

Worth it!
I ordered the dark walnut version of this "desk" for my office and love it. A couple points to consider:(1) I find it hard to believe this would be functional as an actual desk. If you're looking for a real desk that you need to work at, this is not it. I use it as a storage cabinet in my office for my printer, papers, etc. and it works great for that.(2) This is not Crate & Barrel or West Elm quality. For most people, I'd think this is obvious because they're purchasing it on Amazon; however, based on reviews that is not the case. This is a cheaper quality wood for sure. It will likely arrive with a couple scratches, largely due to the lower quality. As such, I wouldn't purchase this if you're expecting something that is "high-end." That said, the look / style is spot on and it's a great option for those on a budget. $300 is a lot to spend, but not on a quality desk or office cabinet.(3) It will take you 2.5 hours to assemble. Someone said it took them 5 hours, which I hope is just an exaggeration, but either way it is not a quick assembly.

Easy Assembly
This cabinet is well made and a great value for the price. The instructions are clear and accurate, it felt time consuming as they have you prep every piece before you start assembling but once you start to put the pieces together it comes together very quickly. The shelves inside the cabinet are adjustable and the doors are soft close which sort of makes the piece feel elevated. Highly recommend.

It's not sized for an actual computer
Nice quality for the price. The instructions SEEM overwhelming, but take one page at a time and it's actually very easy!!!It's very pretty and looks like the pictures, but it's dimensions are for the outside not inside.
