Dangerously high lead content, do not buy
I've used this salt for years, including while pregnant and in small amounts with my young children and was recently HORRIFIED to learn that the lead content of this sea salt is astronomical due to the lead-contaminated clay beds used for drying the salt. No amount of lead is safe to consume, and this brand's light grey sea salt has amounts well above the limit allowed by agencies for food. However, seasonings and spices are treated differently, though this still is exceptionally high. Look up the lead studies online, and stop putting this poison on your food! There are alternatives without these levels of lead. Such a disappointment to have this touted as a health product when it's contaminated with a devastatingly dangerous heavy metal.

Salt is FANTATIC: container is trashy plastic (product needs glass container)
This salt is so good it enhances the flavor of every food. Every meal is enriched with minerals which promote optimum good health. Especially beneficial for aging bone replenishment of minerals.However, to put high quality salt in PLASTIC disregards the health of customers because of the possibility of micro-plastic contamination of this mineral salt.We know that glass is heavier & probably more expensive to ship worldwide, but please prioritize customer's health over expenses & profit.PLEASE DO THIS QUICKLY: Either put this fantastic salt in a glass container or offer a glass container at additional cost so we can ditch the plastic health hazards.

Hydrates
I love this salt!!! It really helps with hydration. We do a small crystal on tounge and follow it with a bottle of water.

Was already opened?
Either me twisting the top was so rough that the paper that’s glued to seal the salt released easily or it was already opened… of course my fiancé who tried everything donated his life to taste test it SMH says it’s fine and he is alive today so, lol, there’s that. The salt is the purest form of salt he has ever tasted. Time will tell with other effects. Beware of opened containers.
