iFrogz Audio - Airtime TWS - Wireless Earbud and Charging Case - Black, 304003083

I had been gifted a pair of these a couple of years ago and my husband loved them. So for part of his Father’s Day gift I got him a pair of white/silver. However, there seems to be an issue with the right one. It won’t charge the right in the case. It shows that they are paired together but the right one will not physically charge, meaning that it also won’t play. We are still troubleshooting to see if this can be fixed, but if not I will be contacting the seller for a refund or replacement. Very disappointed.EDIT::: 8/8/2020I reached out to customer service to help with this matter, and the tried to get in touch with the company regarding the warranty that the product has. They were unable to that day and I have been unable to as well. All I wanted was a refund from the seller, and I have yet to hear about that. So now I’m out almost $60 and my husband still doesn’t have earphones that work. Saying I’m mad is a complete understatement. Even with my negative review, I still haven’t heard from Amazon, the seller, or the manufacturer.

They are not as loud as I want them. They dont block out the surroundings while the music is playing. And as for phone calls. Everyone says I sound muffled.

Bought two pairs of ifrogz and the first stopped working a week into using them. They were good with the return so I started using the second pair and after a couple months the left side stopped working but I figured it was something I was doing wrong so I kept using the other side and now neither side works and customer service says they can’t help. This product is kind of a waste of money.

Sounds goes in and out, will not stay connected to my I Phone

Unless you hold your phone within 6 inches of these Frogz ear buds, they keep cycling on and off. Very poor performance.

Ordered two sets for a family Christmas. One set charges, the other set does not.

I like the earbuds I got but the one I got my husband weren't the one I thought I was getting they were different I wish they were more transparent about what your truly being sent it not like they can't show you when you pull it up

i wasn’t able to use them for a while after I received. When I started using them I realized they do not hold a charge at all. They work for less than 30 minutes. So frustrating.

Tengo algunos audífonos de esta marca y en general me han funcionado, pero este modelo es la excepción. traté de darles mi voto de confianza pero la verdad no cumplen con las expectativas. Son un poco incomodos y los materiales no se sienten de buena calidad. En cuanto al sonido, es en general malo ya que hay otras opciones del mismo rango de precio y con MUCHA mejor calidad de sonido. La conexión es de regular a mala. Se desconectan muy seguido y se vuelve molesto

I like my music LOUD. Hard drum hitting, ear splitting metal. These buds do the trick. They are a comfortable fit (even come with extra ear rubbers in a couple of sizes). Easy charge in the cradle and stupid easy connection. Just open the case and they’re ready for pairing.The only part I find disconcerting is if you try to adjust them while they’re in your ear, chances are you’ll end up turning them off (my push/tap in turns them off...or hangs up on a call). Other than that, they’re perfect.

Tenía muy altas expectativas con estos audífonos, andaba tras de ellos y bueno los compré porque estaban en oferta, y sinceramente de decepcionaron. Si te separas del teléfono unos 3 metros adiós conexión, empiezan a desconectarse y a escucharse el audio entre cortado. Y lo más triste es que aún con el teléfono cerca, se desconecta ocasionalmente uno, y resulta un fastidio. La batería realmente no me dura lo que dicen las especificaciones. Creo que pediré mi reembolso.

Casi es perfecto, el sonido es de muy buena calidad el microfono para llamadas funciona muy bien la batería es muy buena, se.conecta excelente.con mi teléfono. Me gustaría que no sé apagará, en cuanto dejas dejas de reproducir música no se mantienen prendidos solo para recibir llamadas y en ocasionesno se desconectan del teléfono apesar de estar en el estuche de carga.

Pero si quieres ver tu pantalla con ellos, no podrás. Olvídate de usar tu celular y meterlo en la bolsa, porque la señal de audio fallará 1 o 2 veces cada minuto..., corriendo esto se reduce a cada 10 segundos (no es broma).Ahórrate una lana y compra los Sound Hub Plugz, que son la antítesis de estos "Airtime"
