Update January, 2023: After the bad experience last time, I decided to give them a second chance. They definitely redeemed themselves. It was better than I remembered. It was finely ground, smelled and tasted great and was really fresh. Thank you!I've ordered this multiple times before and it was great, but the bag I just received did not look, smell or taste like galangal. It was really dry, coarsely ground and tasted like sawdust. I'm especially not happy because I can't get my money back. It's not returnable.
