As long as I have been on this planet, you’d think I’d be an expert at going to sleep already, but that is just not the case. It is way too hard for me to settle down and go to bed, and once I get there, I usually lay there and toss and turn for hours, not getting any sleep.The Harkla Sensory Compression Sheet is simply amazing, and has made going to bed, something for me to look forward to.I am using a 15lb, weighted blanket alongside the compression sheet, and it is a really powerful combination. Before I got the sheet, I was using 2, 15lb blankets for a total of 30lbs, and I’m only 112lbs! That’s unhealthy for my body and I was waking up with sore joints. Now that I have the compression sheet, I was able to go back to using a weighted blanket that was more appropriate for my body weight, and increase the amount of gentle and even pressure all over my body.I am also using a 3”, memory foam mattress topper on my twin bed. Getting the sheet on wasn’t difficult at all.The compression sheet feels absolutely amazing, and I’ve never felt anything like it before. It’s such a snug, comforting feeling. It truly does feel like a hug all over my body. I love the stretchiness of the material, it eases my anxiety and satisfies my sensory seeking needs. It also feels nice and cool and breathable, I can’t wait to see how it performs on the hottest of summer days. I like how it is open at the bottom so your feet can stick out. I also sleep with a small fan at my feet, and the sheet kind of acts like a wind tunnel, cooling my entire body. I love this thing! I going have to get another one for a backup. I can’t keep this sheet a secret anymore, I love it so much and it’s totally a game changer. And the amount of quality sleep I am able to get, is well worth the investment!! I have to share this with all my friends and let them know what they’re missing out on.I am a new Harkla customer, and I will be returning!!Edit: 3 months later, we’re now in the summer months, and my compression sheet has lost it’s elasticity. It just kind’ve feels like a loose sheet on the bed. Also, I think they could improve this sheet by making the bottom more closed, but still open so my feet can stick out or get some air. It feels too open and loose down there.

I use a weighted blanket blanket but still thrash so much at night my flat sheet is a rope by morning. This compression just gave me my best nights’ sleep in years on night one!

This sheet gives a similar effect to a weighted blanket, but will stay on my kiddo at night, whereas a weighted blanket falls off or they wiggle out. It’s also fun to play with. It gets used as a tunnel and a fun hiding spot as well!

Not easy to get on if your mattress is heavy, easier with 2 people. But my sensory kid loves it !

My son has dual sensory impairment and we haven’t had a normal sleep pattern for a couple of years. His sleep doctor has been suggesting this product for a year. Even with a bedtime routine starting at 9pm he’ll actually fall asleep at 6am many days so I was skeptical. The first night my son didn’t know what to do with this product (play with it, pull it, lay on top of it). About 15 minutes after his bath I checked on him. My child was curled up under the sheet fast asleep!! I thought something was wrong with him. I almost woke him up to check for breathing. He was just fine!! I checked later and he was hanging off the side of the bed in it...still just fine... and asleep. The second night he knew what to do and things went more smooth. We’ve had the compression sheet for about a week now and even if my son had a late nap and can’t fall asleep right away he stays in bed for the most part only up for bathroom and water, not up playing. This product is amazing! The material is durable, not flemsy at all. I think we’ll outgrow it before it wears out.FYI—his mattress is 8 inches thick and putting the sheet on takes a little time and muscle much like a compression sock. It gets easier with practice. After one wash it seems like the compression remained the same.I wish I had gotten this sooner.

I have a six year old on the spectrum who needs a bit of sensory input, and loves to feel snuggled, and she loves deep pressure. She loves this sheet even more than her weighted blanket. The first thing she does when she goes into her room at night is she jumps into her bed, and immediately squeezes right under this sheet. We love it!!! It washes well also. The washing instructions say to hang dry, but I threw it in the dryer today, and it came out fine.

My child with ASD loves this and being as light and thin as it is, it works wonderfully during these hot summer nights. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I didn't see that it is open at both ends so it doesn't stay laid out. It bunches toward the middle of the bed which means I have to pick up the mattress and stretch it back out every night. I have to fix his bedding anyway, but would be more annoying if his mattress was harder to move.

This revolutionized our son's sleep! This is great for kids who benefit from a weighted blanket but don't like the heat that a blanket produces. This sheet offers proprioceptive (deep pressure) input. We noticed a difference in our son's sleep right away.Our magical formula for sleep (for those parents who are still trying to get their nocturnal children to sleep!!) is blackout curtains, sound machine, compression sheet (most important piece - we even travel with it!), weighted blankets, lavender-scented and weighted stuffed animal, and sometimes also compression clothes / pajamas (our son chooses what pajamas he wears for the night). Our kid finally sleeps through the night most nights.We've actually purchased two of these. I don't remember if the first one came with a lifetime warranty card, but our most recent purchase did. I registered the product right away!

My 3 year old wakes for hours at a time in the middle of the night. This product was a serious game changer. She has slept through almost every night since we put it on- we also use a weighted blanket with it. I recommend using it with a cotton sheet between your child and the product. Wonderful, thank you

Yes, it’s for my adult self. I got the ol “jimmy legs” and I hate loose sheets. Feels like I live in a camper van down by the river all scrunched up and messy. My wife says it makes her hot, but I say she was hot when a married her.The only thing about it (for me) is it allows your feet to stick out. That part for me is no good. Someone else might like the feet freedom, so that’s a particular preference.I also have a 25 pound weighted blanket on the bed. I sleep so much better now- actually- my wife said she likes the weighted blanket and her sleep score is much better.

I bought this for my 12 yo son who has autism. He has a twin size mattress and I got the twin size sheet but I find it to be too short for him as it's not long enough to cover his feet. Plus, the sheet bunches up and rolls up to the middle a lot. I think it should have been made longer and sewn shut at the bottom. Anyway, my son likes it despite these shortcomings.I am thinking about buying the size double sheet but I'm worried that it may lose its 'compressionness' since I'm putting it on a twin size mattress. If anyone has suggestions, please feel free to comment.
