Helped my posture.
Really trained my brain how to stand up straight when walking and standing.

It might help somebody else but I found it uncomfortable - maybe I don't really need it. Fingers crossed!

Really great for anyone who wants to improve posture and lessen back/neck pain.
I was diagnosed with arthritis at a young age and do find that when I'm sat hunched over my laptop or watching tv or reading a book, my back and neck hurt alot! I also find I begin hunching!This posture brace helps me keep my back in it's natural position and therefore, ease alot of pain that may have worsened my arthritis.

Really good quality posture corrector
Really good quality posture corrector, and for the price - it's a bargain! I had this for my mum as she needs it. She have been using it over her clothes, and especially helps when she's going out, as corrects her posture when walking.

Gefallen hat mir nichts, die Gurte waren viiiiel zu lang, nee, das ganze Ding sass nicht gut und ging zurück.
