Q: Would you recommend these for outdoor basketball use? Do the soles hold up?

They could handle some outside use but I would not recommend them for constant outside use... here and there. These are much more suited for inside play.

Q: I wear a 10.5 in all basketball shoes which size do you recommend?

This answer is a little tricky because this shoe fits mostly true to size with regards to length but it is kind of roomy with the width. You possibly could wear a 10 and be just fine. If you decide to go with a 10.5 just lace it up a little tighter before you hoop.

Q: Hows the fit? Narrow? I have flat feet.

I have flat feet and I love the fit. Good amount of space in the toe box too, which i prefer. My most recent basketball shoes were Kyrie 4's (Nike) in size 11.5. Those fit very snug. PEAK has stated the Lou Will Crazy 6 (Lightning) fit loose, so I went with size 11. And worked out great for me. I use OTC arch supports too. Great purchase. Would highly recommend. I haven't played in them, so I can comment on durability and traction and such, but as far as fit goes, they fit great.
