Can these tests give false negative results?

False negatives are generally caused by the body. Either testing too early or not having enough HCG in your body. Every test is capable of giving you a false negative. No test is 100%. I have found they are very reliable. Pink dye tests usually pick up pregnancy before blue dye tests do to. Sorry that's not very helpful. But if you feel you've had a false negative contact gp for a blood test. Every test you take is likely to be the same.. alternatively to that retest again in a few days. It could just be a little too early to test
