Child Batarina Bat Ballerina Costume

This fits way too small - I got the large 12/14 size for my 9 year old and it is very short. It fits more like a top, she will have to wear shorts with it. Also, the "skirt" is not as full as on the picture. We struggle to put the gloves on as they are very tight. The material is very itchy. I put two stars because my daughter likes it anyway with some adjustments. It would be very cute though for a 5-6 year old.

Shipping was very quick, but the costume was a disaster! I order the 11/12 size even though my daughter wears a 9/10, b/c I was worried it would be cold the night of Halloween and I would have to dress her in layers. Unfortuantly, the 11/12 size was almost 2 sizes to small. I had to make alterations just so my daughter could wear it comfortably. Before my daughter could even leave the house to go trick-or-treating the elastic on the wings broke. In all I feel that this costume was cheaply made and I overpaid for what I received.

This costume is very cute and made of a decent quality. A great price compared to what you would pay at most stores. I only gave a 4 star rating because it runs extremely small. I chose size 12-14 thinking my daughter (7, who wears size 8-10) would be able to keep and wear it through the year. It fit her fine, but almost too small. She had to wear a pair of black shorts under the skirt because it is NOT a leotard and tends to ride up.

My daughter loved this costume for Halloween. The costume runs small. She normally wears a size 8 and I ordered her a 12-14. The costume for her perfect. This costume exceeded my expectations.

I ordered batarina costume in size 4-6 for my 3 year old. It came as a SIZE 14-16. I contacted the company immediately so they could overnight the appropriate size. They replied to return the costume I had with the return label provided. No mention about the costume I ordered! No apology! I then called the company to discuss getting the appropriate size. I got a voicemail and no one ever called me back. I had one extremely disappointed daughter on my hands!!

My 5 year old daughter loves this costume! it looks great. the wings aren't too big, so they stay open unlike costumes we've had in the past with larger wings. I didn't realize that this is not a leotard underneath, so you will need a pair of shorts or something to wear over the tights if you buy them, they do not come with the costume.
