NIQUITIN PATCH CLEAR 21MG Pack of 14

I've smoked for 30yrs and have tried lots of ways to stop without success. For this latest attempt I figured I'd try patches because they're the one thing I've never used.I opted for this pack because it's the biggest I could find and because the nicotine content is 21mg which is essentially the same amount as is absorbed by the body from a full pack of 20 cigarettes .I read the reviews on here before making the purchase and noted the comments about them being not very sticky. I then bought a pack of sticky bandages, because I had a cunning plan...My patches arrived and, after smoking my last cigarette, I stuck a patch on. I shaved a small area at the top of my arm and stuck my first patch on... it fell off 20 minutes later.I stuck the same patch back on but this time I wrapped the sticky bandage around it to keep it in place, I then got down to the serious business of regretting buying patches as I missed cigarettes instantly!The following day I moved my patch to the top of my forearm as I hadn't got on very well with the patch on the top of my arm. Sadly this wasn't ideal either as I used my dominant arm which, obviously, is used more than the weaker one and so, on the third day, the patch was shifted to my left arm, only this time I opted for an area just above the wrist, and that's what has worked since.I now routinely apply the patch and then instantly wrap the stretchy bandage over it to keep it in place. I've had no issues since. The patch stays in situ and the bandage ensures it doesn't fall off when the muscles in my arm move.I've not found it too difficult so far and am hopeful that the 17th time is the charm... there are cravings, obviously, but I've found that I miss the process of smoking more than the actual act. My body is getting the nicotine it wants but I miss the routine of going outside and doing the things I usually do (did) - that part is an easy fix and so now, when the mood strikes me, I take myself outside and stare aimlessly at my phone for around 7 minutes or so, and that tricks my brain into thinking that there's nothing wrong.I'm writing this on day six, so it's very early days yet, but I'm confident of success and have no intention of going back. The program is designed to ween us off of Nicotine over 10 weeks, it sounds like a long time but it's really not. I'd love to say that I'll save the money I would have spent so I can buy myself something awesome after ten weeks, but I'm married, with two children, and I'll be lucky if I get a Chinese takeaway out of this deal, but I might not die as quickly, possibly, so that's nice.***UPDATE***I can't remember when I wrote the original review but my wife tells me it's now 11wks since I last smoked... Blimey.Basically I used the first box as directed. I bought the second box but as I was forgetting to change the patch by up to 24hrs I decided to see if I needed them, and I didn't! No cravings, no nothing, just hundreds of pounds per month better off!The patches are mega!

Was very sceptical about these but they really are good. I smoked for half my life before deciding at the end of January that I should quit. The first few days were tricky but I was pleasantly surprised that the very few cravings I had quickly disappeared. I was nervous that I wouldn't have enough willpower, but if you keep busy and tell yourself "it's all in your head, you don't need it" when you feel like you have to smoke, you will be fine. The first time I didn't have a cigarette after dinner was a great achievement and I haven't done it since. After 2 weeks I was so used to not smoking that I didn't need the patches anymore and am pleased to say I haven't touched a cigarette since using these.

These work ! really if you want to jack in the fags use these !!! Do NOT buy them round ones cos they do NOT work, these clear patches work honestly !! from 60 a day down to nil!!!

Brilliant haven't once wanted a cigarette while using these patches, haven't smoked for 8 days
