For the Manufacturer: Is the B12  cyanocobalamin or methylcobalamin?  Is the B9 Folic Acid or Folate? Thanks!

This product does contain the cyanocobalamin form of B12, sadly. (This is the form of B12 that is typically synthetically derived, and much less healthy than methylcobalamin, due to the products the liver produces when metabolising it, i.e. - a small amount of cyanide). You can find the ingredient name on the product website. Previous versions of this vitamin contained methylcobalamin. I'm very sad about this, as I used to LOVE this product, and in most ways I still do. But since it was bought by Procter & Gamble, many of the ingredients have changed, as have many of the available product lines.

Must these be swallowed whole? Are they chewable?

Jen I have no idea what the Xpiration date is. I am a customer of Amazon's that bought a bottle of this product a couple of years ago. Think maybe you meant to ask this question to the 'seller'.

What is the difference between the 144 tabs vs. 144 count?

It's the same thing....you get 144 tablets either way. I think you have to take 3 a day.
