The color is white you can sleep very good sleep quantity vitamin and it’s very effectiveness whenever you eat that you can still think it that you are eating something healthy and value for money also

On sale they are a good value. Has tons of vitamins and minerals. Does not upset the stomach. I usually take without food and I am fine. No reason to go with any other brand IMO.

It makes me feel better, but it makes me sleepy.
I've been using it for two years. It does make you a little sleepy at first, but since I'm studying and working, but I'm very busy, this gives me a little extra energy.
