I placed the solar panel facing down on a desk, pressed the on/off button but no lights. What should I do next?

Charge it via USB for 1 hour and cover the panel. If the lights don't turn on automatically, they are in the "Off" position. Press the button once, charge for an additional hour, cover the panel and test again. Contact the seller if still no lights.

How can I buy replacement bulbs?

Search "G40 bulbs solar" on Amazon. Avoid purchasing 120V bulbs and ensure that the bulb base is E12 not E26. Alternatively, you can purchase used lights from the same page. The condition of the used product is confirmed by Amazon, not the seller.

What USB cords will work with this?

This solar light string can be charged via USB. The USB cable is not included in the package. The charging port type is Micro USB, as shown in the product description picture.

Can I plug this in to a battery backup?

It's a pin hole plug to the solar panel, so you cannot directly connect the string to the battery backpack. However, if the battery backup has a USB port, you can connect the lights, panel, and battery backup using a micro USB cable (not included).

Can I charge it via USB and light it up indoors at the same time?

The battery in the solar panel is rechargeable and can store the charge. The mounting unit is detachable. You can charge and use it simultaneously, or charge it and take it for portable use, just ensure the solar panel is completely covered.
