Jet PerformanceJET 15043 Performance Programmer

2007 Navigator. Sluggish bottom-end on a good day. The Jet programmer was much better than price would make you think.Multiple settings and adjustments. I loaded a stock tune for premium fuel, and ramped my shift points up a bit.No dyno test, heh, but a good seat of the pants day of driving says:Truck is a bit peppier off the line in low gear. Enough I’ve heard it bark the tires a couple times.From about 25mph-85-ish, performance is for sure more impressive. I’d say a 15-20% improvement through that range. I didn’t go higher because I don’t need to be higher in every day life.Fuel consumption seems a tad better. The onboard computer says I gained about 1mpg. I’ll believe it.Add in the ability to correct for tire size and adjust shift points and rev limiter makes this a purchase I’d recommend to any Navi/Expy owner.

1st - randomly caused drive issues due to incorrect coding2nd - lost part # and programming revision # in middle of tuningBoth sent to JET FOR WARRANTY ,Jet sends me completely different part GM version absolutely incompatible with mustang FORD.Currently waiting for the 3rd ford device will update upon. Arrival.

Terrible experience, I bought the tuner for my 2014 Ford Mustang after checking compatibility with jet industries. And when I received it later than originally advertised, I installed it and the tuner came up with an error message saying it needed a software update. I called jet industries and they said they would get back to me. In the meantime I called ford and inquired with them and they said they couldn’t help. When I finally heard back from jet industries they said the product was not compatible with my car because the software had been updated and they didn’t buy the rights to the new software and don’t sell a product that would work with my car. I am disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I bought this programmer to give my 2004 Ford Explorer a bit more performance. I honestly did not notice any difference so it really wasn't worth the price to be honest. I have used other programmers for different make and model cars and have seen some really good performance gains. That was not the case with this however.

I have a 2004 F-150 and selected the proper model for my truck. I plugged it in and it says it needs an update. I called Jet they told me nothing was wrong with the programmer and my truck needed to be updated! The head guy at Tuttle Click Ford Service department said he had no clue and I could bring my truck in for a minimum of $120 diagnosis fee and then "IF" they could figure it out I would have to pay for that. Bottom line they knew exactly what year make model and engine I had in my truck and sold me a $300+ dollar programmer that was not compatible. These guys are crooks!

Didn't work on my truck they told me I needed to update my trucks ecm at a dealer

I purchased this waste of money for my 2004 F150. Yes it does monitor sensors , and yes you can clear check engine lights, But does it do anything for MPG , NO,NO,NO. Okay but I bet for three hundo and some change it must give you some extra ponies, Right? NO,NO,NO. As I said WASTE OF CASH, All the way around..
