Like the headline says Eden works for me. What works for me may or may not work for someone else. We're all different but I'd like to share a little of my experience. I've had trouble sleeping for about 20 years and have tried so many OTC sleep aid including recommendations form friends & acquaintances that just didn't work. Additionally I've tried many prescription meds. some of which had a totally opposite effect. Anyway I was give a sample of Eden while on vacation out of state about a year and a half ago. I didn't try it until I got home & it seemed to help. I looked it up on the internet, bought a bottle & have used it since. I take one capsule before I go to bed then a second one when I finish reading & want to go to sleep. I still wake up during the night around 2 or 3 but I'm now able to go back to sleep which to me is great. I give it 5 stars not because it's the best thing ever but because it's the best sleep aid I've found so Far.

I have trouble falling asleep many nights. Tossing and turning constantly. I started taking 1 Eden capsule every night about 2 years ago. Most nights it works perfectly as long as I actually shut the lights off when I begin to feel sleepy… not continue to be active. Some nights nothing works but I use Eden continually because most nights it does work

I tried to take only half by emptying capsule but that was a mess. This works, but too much for me. I felt groggy and tired all the next day

I used this product to help with my anxiety when I am trying to get some much needed sleep. After over a year of use, I have found it does help with my anxiety. However, I am finding that I may need to take a vacation from using it every night. It is less effective as it is taking me longer to fall asleep.

I love Eden sleep! I take it 3 hours before bedtime and get a good nights sleep with no groggy feeling g the next day. I take 2 capsules at a time instead of one and then adding another if sleep evades me. Works better that way for me. Eden is a lot better than prescribed medication as they have side effects that Eden does not have.

Best combination of ingredients to get a really deep sleep. I even stopped waking up during the night. I had to get acclimated to the formula in the first week but once I did, wow!!
