Good sleep. Hard to stop taking.
It does help me sleep. It’s amazing in that aspect. Just a warning you can’t just stop taking it cold turkey. I have several times and had the worst withdrawal symptoms. No sleep for days and feel itchy and awful during the day. So if you want to stop taking it, wean off very slowly. I feel that the manufacturer needs to tell people this!

Great product and it works. Follow the directions and take as recommended. Why 4 stars and not 5 is it tastes terrible. My suggestion is I use little water and try and gulp in down in one shot. There is a capsule form which I had prior. Both work equally.

Very effective product
Love how effective this product is. It has helped me with insomnia and on those nights when I just can’t get to sleep due to stress or whatever the case may be. I take one serving, wash it down with a glass of juice or water, and fall into a deep deep sleep within 30 min.
