I am happy with the product for a few simple reasons. Namely, the product is GMP certified, which assures me that I'm getting what I'm buying. For supplements, GMP certification is a must. I've purchased product from too many non-certified suppliers whose lab analysis revealed little of any of the advertised product in the sold formula. Generally I find that out after spending my money -- no more non-GMP supplements for me.Additionally, this formula contains the astaxanthin and phospholipids essential to effective use of the product. People think this should not matter, but I'll give you an example of why these other elements are important.You can buy cheap iron supplements or expensive iron supplements, both with the same amount of iron. Problem is, the cheap iron is elemental iron which is not absorbed or absorbed poorly. The expensive formula is usually bio-available and absorbed easily. The cheap formula may as well be iron shavings, whereas the expensive formula is probably compounded in a way to make the iron readily available to your system.It's the same with phospholipids and astaxanthin, they compliment the EPA and DHA and make them more bio-available to your system. This is a gross simplification, but an important distinction.For these reasons, and the PRICE, I'm happy with the formula. EPA and DHA is one of those supplements that can actually make you feel better when you take it. I'm a former marathon runner, road racer cyclist and triathelete -- I know when something helps my body and this helps. I feel so much better with it that I have bought a bottle for nearly every member of my family.The only thing I DON'T like is that although most Krill oil brands advertise no fishy smell, this product SMELLS badly. The smell is much more intense than any of the "fish oil" products I've purchased. It's too soon to tell if the smell will emanate from my pores like the fish oil, but we'll see. For now, I'm going to stock up and hit the road.

While the bottle does have a fishy smell (understandable), the capsules have an extremely mild taste that is totally avoidable if taken with water. Mot importantly, I have NEVER had a SINGLE fishy burp from these capsules. I have a very sensitive stomach and these are the ONLY krill capsules that have no given me fishy burps.Finally, I have been taking these krill oil caps for two months now and I have seen some mild but noticeable health benefits. My memory has improved (I do not lose my words as often and I do not get "tip of the tongue" as frequently). I also have had a bit less back pain, presumably due to reduced inflammation.Overall I consider myself an extremely satisfied customer and will continue to buy NutriGold Krill Oil.

My overall health and cholesterol are better after taking these (1 capsule daily). If I stop taking them for a few weeks I definitely notice the difference. For me I feel more alert and can 'think' better in the morning. I also feel like my memory is better, but not sure if I can attribute that to this product. My overall cholesterol numbers, especially HDL are much better too. Its not a wonder drug, but seems beneficial for me. This product is the most consistent and reasonable price I've found.Seems like all the negative reviews are about leaking capsules or fishy smell. Newsflash, ALL Krill oil products smell 'fishy', I've tried a dozen or so and this is one of the best. Get used to it, its really not so bad and you should not detect any sort of fishy after taste when you take them. Also note there's a difference between rancid and a fishy odor. These definitely have a fishy odor, but I don't think its bad at all and definitely not a rancid, spoiled sort of smell.I've also been using this product for a couple years and never experienced any leaking (inside of the bottles is always clean & white) OR bad rancid smell. I honestly think some people are just too sensitive to the smell. Either that or I'm extremely lucky and all the bottles I've received were in good condition...
