This helps so much with a specific type of migraine I get. I have bought this product probably 4 times by now and it really works, pretty much immediately. I have no idea what’s in this lol but it’s AMAZING. I take 1 pill every other day hopefully as a preventative. Does make your pre bright yellow but I’m not concerned.

This worked when nothing else did . Since starting with migrelief about 5 years ago , can share that it has worked wonderfully for me for migraines and headaches in general ..wouldn't want to be without it .

Helps tremendously at preventing migraines. My son did find that after taking them daily for a while he developed insomnia and anxiety. But all we had to do was reduce to dose to only once a day twice a week. If we forget a week the migraines come back.

I have been battling migraines for 20+ years. I recently switched neurologists and was recommended this product. He knows that I do not like to take many of the migraine medications out there due to past side effects and offered this approach. He stated many of his patients do well on the product. I am on week 3 of taking Migrelief and feel subtle changes in the frequency of my migraines and in my essential tremors. My biggest trigger is changes in the weather. I have been able to go the 3 weeks without a migraine despite rainy cold stormy weather. I have had some discomfort but not a full blown migraine attack. My tremors have been effected as well. They are not completely gone but they are so much better. It does take time to work in your system but am slowly seeing a change for the better. Hope it continues. Pills: do not taste like much. Pretty big and recommend taking with plenty of water. Negatives: I have been getting reflux daily since beginning. I have also had to use the bathroom more often due to stomach cramps. Trying to figure out the best way to manage these issues hence the 4 stars. And just so you know, it does change the color of your urine. 1 month update: I have been taking Migrelief daily for a little over a month now. I am happy to report that I have not had a full blown migraine since. I have had precursors such as intense neck pain which is usually what acts up first before my migraines but have had zero migraines. After so many years of getting them multiple times a month, I am shocked. I did drop down to one tablet a day due to the stomach issues and they have resolved. I will be uping to the recommended two times a day and will update after trialing it for a few weeks. This product is worth a shot if you are a migraine sufferer. 7/23 Update: Honesty is the best policy in my opinion especially having an understanding on how debilitating migraines can be. As earlier stated, Migrelief was recommended by my neurologist who knows I do not like taking strong medications due to side effects. I took Migrelief religiously for 2.5 months with a definite improvement in my migraine frequency. My stomach though… it was rough on my stomach. I had some improvement when taking every other day but when I began upping to the daily dose the stomach issues came back with a vengeance. Upon further research, I learned that the magnesiums in this supplement are often used as laxatives. Wanting to keep the beneficial momentum going, I decided to purchase high quality versions of Feverfew, a B-100 complex, and Magnesium Glycinate for better absorption. I take these every other day because these can get pricey and on the off day added Co Q10 and the benefits have been astounding. I can proudly say I have had one mild episode in the past month. With this said, I would not discount the migrelief especially to start. Its cost effective and the only reason why I tried something else was due to the persistent stomach issues. It does not mean it will happen to everyone which is why I feel it is worth a shot. Migrelief did kick start my migraine free journey.

Didn’t really help anything. Still having migraines

I don’t typically write reviews because I don’t usually come across something I feel so strongly about that I need to bother with one but I do think this supplement may have saved my life. I had never had migraines, rarely even got headaches until at 23 when I randomly started getting horrible, debilitating migraines that would last for days on end. I tried caffeine, Tylenol, getting extra sleep, even went to urgent care and the ER several times because I was convinced something was terribly wrong with me because of the pain. I suffered with migraines about half the days of every month and headaches in between. I ended up having to quit my job for a few months because I couldn’t handle being anywhere with noise and bright lights. I was miserable. I would wake up everyday hoping that I would finally get some relief. I got in to see a neurologist and he tested to see if I had any signs of a brain tumor or any sort of neurological issue. He concluded I didn’t have any of the above and diagnosed me with the migraines I already knew of. He also prescribed rizatriptan to help with migraines which does help a lot when one starts to come on and I still use from time to time. The other thing he suggested was this supplement. He said it was the only one that he would recommend that has actually had some success in reducing peoples migraines. I figured a supplement was a long shot but I of course gave it a try because I was getting to the point where I didn’t know if I wanted to keep living in this pain anymore. I started the supplement and gave it a fair trial period (about a month or two) and I started to see my migraines reduce more and more. I finally had relief. I still take this supplement every single night to this day and will probably take it for the rest of my life. I now experience maybe 1-2 migraines a month, some months none at all. I just wanted to share my experience because I hope that maybe it will help someone out who feels like they are running out of options. It’s not a guarantee but maybe this supplement will be the thing that gives you your life back like it did for me.
