Not all bad, but some easy fixes to the design could make it a winner!
This is a two part review for the DESTEK VR Headset (with comparisons) and the DESTEK Bluetooth Controller. So I'm trying to find the perfect VR Headset without spending tons of money and while shopping the only thing I could find was that each headset seemed to vary in features and so did the reviews. My solution... buy a few based on current top reviews and then pick what I feel to be the best. Below are the headsets purchase, used and now reviewed.DESTEK® 3D VR Virtual Reality Headset ($39.99 version)http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00S6EIIPQ?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00SUNNYPEAK® Virtual Reality Headset ($36.99 version)http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00WUPX93I?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00GOODO® VR Virtual Reality Helmet ($26.99 version)http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZEUHR70?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00 == DESTEK® 3D VR Virtual Reality Headset ==Out of all of them this one was my least favorite which surprised me because it had the most reviews. I found it very difficult to insert my phone and ended up having to put the unit on it's side to be able to line up my phone. This make for switching apps very tedious as each time you remove the phone you have fiddle with getting it back in.I'm not sure why a magnetic button is not just something standard, but on the DESTEK it is missing so basic VR apps that require simple selection inputs is not going to happen until you open the phone compartment to select what needs to be selected and well then you get to fiddle with lining the phone up again. This makes it necessary for a controller and I've had no luck getting one to work with my iPhone, but Android seems to be just fine.I found this headset to also be very uncomfortable. The face padding seems very thin and I found myself compelled to remove it rather than sticking with it to see if I could get used to it. Mine did come with the nose pads and NFC tag. It's not all bad though. The lens seems very clear and are big enough to display the iPhone 6 plus screen. For me, it was a little blurry and had they of included some lens adjustments and focus abilities I'm sure it could of been tweaked to be much better.== SUNNYPEAK® Virtual Reality Headset ==This one is my favorite and the one I'll be keeping, but still it isn't perfect and it's a shame because it would be such an easy fix. First off the unit feels solid, not heavy, but not flimsy either. Most importantly it feels really really good while wearing it and the head strap is snug and comfortable. The face padding feels good, but for whatever reason there is no nose padding. I'm not understanding this as the nose is supporting much of the weight so you would think it would be included. Also missing is a NFC tag although I'm not really sure of it's importance. I actually purchased the nose pads and NFC tag from DESTEK which should work well to solve these missing items. This VR headset holds the phone in a much better way. Instead of opening a compartment and sticking your phone to suction cups or trying to line it up so a foam pad can hold it in place this has a removable trey that you put your phone in. Switching apps is a breeze as all you do is slide out the tray access your phone and slide it back in. Love it! The back right section also comes off to allow for camera access which is a nice addition.I think the best part about this VR headset is the ability to adjust the lens width position and do some basic focusing. I was able to get the picture quality to look pretty darned good based on my eyes and preference. Also on this unit are vents where the phone resides to help keep it cooled.Missing on this unit as well is the magnetic button. I'm not sure why, but again it means you must have a controller and if your on iOS you may be out of luck.== GOODO® VR Virtual Reality Helmet ==This is a solid VR headset as well and has just about everything you could want, but for me the picture is just a little blurry and since it lacks any type of focus it just won't get any better. The unit does allow for the adjustment of the lens distance so if you have wider or narrower eyes you can compensate a little. The fit is good and comfortable, but again the absence of nose padding really is evident with just a short bit of use. This unit as well in my opinion has a rather thin face padding, but other than the nose it's not as noticeable.Your phone fits into this VR headset by an outside compartment that snaps open. Inside is a row of suction cups which work well to hold the phone in place. Changing apps is not a big deal as you can just open the door, make your selections and then close it. There are cooling vents and surprise surprise this one has a magnet button. A controller is still very useful, but with the magnetic button simple apps can be used. NFC is missing from this unit as well and with the suction cups in the center placing a 3rd party NFC tag might not work.== VR Headset Conclusion ==Overall these units all do what they are supposed to do and at a cost that won't break the bank especially if you need more than one headset. Out of the three, I found the Sunnypeak to be my favorite because of the comfort, ease of taking the phone out and putting back in and having some control over the focus. If these features in a VR headset are as important to you as they are me, you can't go wrong with the Sunnypeak.=================================================================================Bluetooth Remote Controller offered by DESTEK.This controller has a nice feel when holding it even though I have larger hands than I'm sure most people. Those who have smaller hands should appreciate it's simplicity even more. The directional pad moves fluidly, but the buttons are lack luster at best. It's very hard to know if your actually pressing the button as there is no type of tactile response letting you know it's been pressed. I found myself "over" pressing the button to make sure I was actually pressing it.I would have liked this controller to have a built in battery. While supplying batteries is not the end of the world especially if you have some rechargeable batteries to use, it would have been nice to not have to worry about changing batteries.I gave this controller 2 stars for a couple of reasons. First and foremost for my use I need it to work with iOS and I was very disappointed that it absolutely DOES NOT work with the iPhone. There are basic functions such as starting and stopping music, getting back to the home screen and volume controls, but that is where it stops. I also purchased the DESTEK VR headset and without a magnetic button, a controller is paramount to have otherwise using even the most basic VR application is pointless. DESTEK needs to really consider hiring a better translator as the manual is very very poorly written for English which makes it very hard to understand how to switch from MTK and back. An example of the wording is as follows: "Please don't press the buttons really harder by any possibility do harm to the device."I know what they are trying to say here, but the entire manual is like this and some of the features and modes are difficult at best to understand. While trying to get it to work with my iPhone I wanted to put it into MTK mode just in case that might work, but I had no idea if I needed to power off the unit before pressing the Y key and if so do I press the Y key once or do I press and hald the Y key... I tried all different ways, but it either still did not work with the iPhone or I was not successful if switching modes. There is a ray of sunshine in this review though. If you are an Android user it works perfectly! The mouse pointer works well and the VR horror app I wanted to control worked flawlessly.I will concede that the controller not working with my iPhone might be a flaw of the Apple OS and not the controller so if anyone out there know something I don't please share! I'm really loving this VR stuff, but without a way to control the apps that have interactions it's pointless and I find the iPhone 6 Plus's size makes for a much better viewing experience than the 1st gen HTC One.In short, it's a great little controller if your on the Android platform, but if your using iOS it's nothing more than a remote for stopping/starting music and raising or lowering the volume.

Sucks since I bought it for the mouse mode
Mouse mode doesn't work at all on Nexus 5 or Nexus Player. No matter which setting, it always thinks its a gamepad. Sucks since I bought it for the mouse mode. Don't waste your time with this.

Pretty useless on iphone
It can be used to control shutter and to exit. On Google cardboard apps, the shutter button will turn the volume up. Useless for cardboard on iphone. Cannot be used as a mouse cursor on mac - cursor just jumps. Can be used as a game controller - mac sees it as a keyboard and not a joystick, so you have to map the keyboard controls to match it.

Easy Setup, Works as expected
This product works just as expected. Setup is easy and it interfaces well with my smartphone. I use to interface with my phone when using Virtual Reality applications. I also found it useful to use with my phone to take pictures. Having to physically touch your phone to take pictures often causes photos to be blurry. Using this remote I am able to maximize the stability of my phone camera.

Works, but read review B4 using w/ Google Cardboard
Works as advertised. When using with Google Cardboard, the pointer has to be visible. Cardboard doesn't work with remot's game setting which turns off the pointer. This isn't an issue though since you can move the pointer to the corner of the screen, out of viewing area.

Flush your money and save time!
Crappy. Doesn't connect to my iPhone 6s. Used brand new batteries. Read instructions. Tried numerous times but it doesn't even stay on. Too light to use as a paper weight so it's crap.

I'm still looking for a good bluetooth controller for Google Cardboard
Basically no instructions. Can't find any on the web. Pushing the buttons sometimes causes things to happen on my phone when I'm using Cardboard but most controls are unavailable.

Never worked. Gave as gift out of state so not worth having them ship it back to me and me returning it. Just be careful...this is junk.

Articolo economico e robusto,e spedizione celere e cortese.

Fiddle to use
No instructions on how to install the various cushions, had to go on the internet to find out. Unlike some of the cardboard type there are is trigger mechanism or oulet for internal camera.
