When trying to talk on the phone and I couldn't hear the other pperson on the other end with out the aid of theHead set. The volume was to low and I could not get it to increase and it had a full charge. As a Tablet it works ok, I can't get it to log on to my wireless connection, I have the password correct as my laptop is on the very same one. I don't understand why it's not working. I can tether it to my laptop using the usb, but I can't get the bluetook to turn on. There are two places to tune it on and When I turn it on the first place the second place turns it off again. I don't know what I am doing wrong, but I shouldn't be having this many problems. I did load a few movies on it so when I go to the Doctors and have to wait. I have two books to read on my tablet and several movies. the 32 gig SD is really nice.

Works fine really interesting...At the first point I thought I should be disappointed, after all I realized that this device does everything which I was expecting. Like Operate as tablet runs very well, operate as a phone runs also very well with no problems so far. Really recommend for the lowest price and efficiency result

Good as a tablet, but could never get it to work as a phone. As a matter of fact had to take it to a repair shop to get my sim card out of it Cruz the "phablet" are the dang thing

This product has very low GB storage and can only hold very few apps. It's OS is also very slow and often causes phtab to freeze. Takes a very long time to load applications, takes a long time to even boot up phtab. Also it requires the use of a gmail account which requires constant attention and deleting of emails in all areas to keep storage use low so apps can run and be allowed to sync. Takes a long time to go thru these emails to delete especially if they are spam. Email account features are very minimal and clunky. Even though it comes with a SD card, almost impossible to transfer data to this SD card especially from apps so SD card storage becomes worthless. Only apps I could fit on this phtab were Kindle, Spotify, Groove Music, outlook e mail, WPS docs, Gmail (required) and google play store etc. I bought this phtab, to replace my current Windows phone which is dying. My windows phone has better storage than this phtab. I can transfer music from my Spotify collection to my Windows phone SD Card in order to save hard drive storage space on my phone, I cannot do this on this new phtab. I can't figure out why. Also a lot of junk adds for apps I don't want keep popping up when I use the play store, and these apps are often automatically down loaded so I have to go back and delete them each time. Very disappointed in this product. Also tech support only available thru bad shotty email service. Return is a nightmare had to pay for USPS return shipping cost. Indigi only picks up return items from its return po box on Monday, Wednesday, Friday so if your order get to them on a Tuesday or Thursday the process of your refund will take and extra day. Also when I was simply deleting my Gmail emails to free up space so other apps could sync properly (was not even opening them) device froze into multi colored line screen and could not be turned off. DON'T buy this product.

one could never get it unlock for phone and no matter what idid never got the net then i saw what other people said about it lets put it this way they NEED TO REALLY WORK ON THIS

Ever since I receive this tablet/cell phone it kind a work for the first time but now I cannot get it to work I tried many times but fail to work it seems that the tablet would not work without a pass word which I never but into the tablet and even the user manual is of no use very hard to read the letters and instruction are too small for me to read could you please tell me what I must do to make this thing work I would have returned it but I scratched it up at the edges at first I had to swipe to open it but now it opens without swiping but that is as far as it would go It seems that without that password which I do not have it would not start I believe I got a lemon this is the first time I bought something from you that cause such trouble we are seniors and I bought this for my wife because the letters are larger for her than the regular cell phone I am so sorry this happen

The smart phone plus tablet is a great device but I am having problems getting service. What company does these smart phone plus tablets?

I havent give it to my husband yet its a christmas gift I think he will love it.
