This litter mat has made my life so much easier! I used to have to sweep my bathroom where my cat's liter box is daily! With this mat, I only have to empty the liter it collects back into the liter box once in a while, and my bathroom is no longer covered with loose pieces. I highly recommend it! The size also ended up being the exact perfect size for the space I have.

Worked well but never flattened out.

It came folded, and because it is a stiffer mat, it never got even close to flattening out. I even laid it out and put heavy objects to flatten it out, for several days, and it didn't seem to help at all. It was hard to control the litter while cleaning it, due to all of the folds. I still used it for about 8 months but eventually switched to a different mat.

So, I bought a smaller more expensive mat initially and was disappointed. The price on this mat is almost half the price of the smaller one and it appears to be the same mat except for size.It traps litter well and is easy to empty. Some people asked about pellet litter, and yes, it does trap the pellets. Best part is, it traps the fine sawdust that accumulates when the pellet litter breaks down.The texture is smooth, so the cats don’t mind walking on it.A couple of things I’ve learned: definitely buy the largest size mat available (cats jump over the smaller mats) and shop around, prices can vary widely.All these mats arrive folded. Just put the mat in a warm location and put something heavy on top for a few hours, it relax and become flat again. I put mine on my patio in the sun with a flower pot on top, but you can also put them under the cargo mat in the back or trunk of your car on a warm day.

When i got it in mail it seemed like a cheap foam ontop & holes seemed questionable for my young cat. But all the litter does fall thru on his 8 month old paws never any problem them getting caught. I shovel out my litter box on it so it doesn't fly. When its time to empty i slide into & shake into a black bag & its out. Saw there are some comments it comes curled up but it eventually goes down. Mine from the end of the litter box on it but until i found out how it worked best for me i stepped on it & my cat tamped it down.

The mat was delivered yesterday, however, it was NOT rolled up, it was folded 3 times that is very difficult to flatten it out.I thought it was made out of rubber, however, it was made out of foam.The only strength is that it does take in litter from the foot of the cats very well.

This is fantastic at catching any litter granules when my cat leaves the box! 99% of the litter that had previously been tracked throughout the bathroom has all but disappeared in this genius pad! No more sweeping and vacuuming it up daily! It’s easy to wash, just take it outside and hose it down. It’s easy to remove the granules either by lifting it up and dumping or simply vacuuming over it! BEST THING I EVER DID! If I had one suggestion it would be to make them in different colors so we could match bathroom decor.

I've FINALLY found a litter mat that ACTUALLY works!!!! I've tried COUNTLESS litter mats to cut down on the amount of litter that is tracked out of my litter boxes. With 4 cats and just as many litter boxes, you can imagine how much litter gets tracked throughout my house. With this mat, I've seen a SIGNIFICANT reduction, dare I say ELIMINATION, of tracked litter outside the box. The grooves/holes of this mat are deep enough that the litter falls to the bottom of the mat. Cleanup could NOT be more easy: just open the mat and pour it back into the box. I tested this mat with one litter box, and when I saw how amazingly it worked I purchased 3 others to use with my other litter boxes.

bought this to make my mother's life easier, less litter tracked all over the house. She tells me that it does work quite well.

1. Cuando llega el tapete se tiene que poner debajo de alguna superficie pesada para que tome una forma lisa, tal como indica el vendedor. En mi caso lo puse entre la base de la cama y el colchón.2. Gracias al tapete, hay menos arena en el piso gracias a que la retiene. Tiene un tamaño bastante bueno.3. Hay que tener cuidado cuando se abre el tapete para regresar la arena al arenero, ya que por lo mismo que es como una coladera, se puede salir y regar por todos lados.4. Lo recomiendo porque esta muy bien hecho, muy buena calidad del material.

Works great at capturing litter tracked out of the litter box. Open up the envelope, and vacuum it all out. Wish it came in larger sizes. We have a LARGE 17"x"14" metal litter pan, and it would be nice to be able to center the pan on the mat with a sufficiently large border on all side.
