Core Balance TPE Exercise & Yoga Mat

Fantastic product. Great non-slip mat, ideal for my Pilates practice so far, the thickness is just right, very comfy to use, I love that it also comes with a carry strap which so many do not. It does not smell like some mats, and it rolls out nicely. I love the variety of choice of colours it comes in, also the option of with alignment if you practice yoga. I opted for the plain as currently concentrating on Pilates, but once will invest in the alignment mat once I learn more yoga. All in all love my mat, no negative comments to make and I use it three to four times a week. Great value for money, with the added bonus which I love, that I am supporting a local business.

Having moved to a new house with wooden floors, my old mat was slipping all over the place. I ordered this one hoping that it would be better and it did not disappoint! It grips well to the floor, is a really good size, and offers enough support to be comfortable when kneeling.

I like the mat. Nice soft, supportive and thick. Good quality and happy to have purchased this one. Use it for yoga and no issues. My favourite mat.

I have found this mat to be a fantastic mat for the price. I have a manduka pro yoga mat which is the best mat i have ever had, but i wanted something where i could do more HITT and strength training workouts with shoes on without worrying about scuffing my other mat. This mat is very lightweight and portable, comes with the carry strap and very easy to roll out. When rolled out it doesnt lift at the edges (i left it out for a bit when i first used it). I have found the mat gives my joints enough support without the mat being too squishy, although worth noticing i am using this on carpet. I have not found myself slipping on the mat at all, i have tried a yoga routines for camparison and i can hold moves without my hand/feet slipping. I have noticed the position of the mat moving slightly during the course of the workout, but again i am using on carpet so could be a factor, not too big of an issue, its only by a few cm. Once this one wares out i would not hestitate about buying a new one to replace. I am impressed!

Great mat for beginners and budget friendly! It is non slip which is great, however I do find it to be a bit thin. It comes with an elastic strap to keep the map rolled and it’s easy to carry!

I am new to yoga and needed a mat that was comfortable to kneel on on hard floors at my class , I spent far to long researching what was best taking into account my experience, price & longevity, however I was prepared to pay for top end then decided my ability would be nowhere near the need, my research suggested PVC mats are entry level and wear out, TPE is the new normal (there is a difference) which is more forgiving on comfort and whilst rubber backed mats are probably the best but are heavier and expensive, So I purchased the Core Balance TPE Alignment version, the additional benefits are its slightly wider than std , its 6mm deep (most mats are 4mm) which is more comfortable but not too soft to affect your balance when standing on one leg, its TPE which is light to carry and better cushioning when kneeling, I bought the alignment model for looks but expect there may be a benefit as I am just starting, I haven't slipped on it yet but I'm not sure I can stretch that far yet lol! For around £25 for the alignment version and the Core TPE std version at around £15 don't look any further I found it the best value for beginner /intermediate

Muy ligera, amortigua muy bien el contacto de la rodilla con el suelo, se fija muy bien al suelo aunque no tanto a la superficie de las manos y pies. Aún así es de gran calidad. Buena compra.

lo uso costantemente per fare yoga o stretching. materiale è piacevole al tatto, non scivola e soprattutto morbido ma non troppo. Grande abbastanza per poterlo sfruttare per tutte le occasioni.
