Sharpie Industrial Permanent Markers, Fine Point, Black, Box of 12

I use these industrial Sharpie permanent markers at work. They are a great value for a bleed resistant marker that works on many surfaces. They are long lasting and write easily.

I needed a fade-resistant marker pen to label plant stakes in a garden that receives lots of sun exposure and rain. This is the one marker that has held up to the elements and remains readable after months of use. The markers don't erase with alcohol like standard Sharpies and they work on smooth plastic and metal surfaces. Writing on a wooden stick (like a tongue depressor) may bleed or fuzz out a little bit, but the benefit of long-lasting ink outweighs that downside. Happy to have bought a big box to share!

These are a lot better than regular sharpies for marking things. I also keep them in my first-aid kits.

These are great. Just put the cap on when you are done. I love the permanence because not all Sharpies are permanent.

Exactly what our staff needed. Felt a bit pricey for the quantity. But still overall with it and necessary in our staffs field of work. They work great.

I like these markers for many purposes. They write clearly on most surfaces and dry quickly. They resist heat and do not run. However, their ink isn't fade resistant under certain conditions. First, the writing from these only lasted about three months outdoors on plant labels before it began to fade. These markers are listed as "fade resistant" (which is why I bought them). But I just reviewed the product description again, and it doesn't say that they are UV resistant. I should have read the description more carefully - so I did not reduce their star rating for this. However, they are supposed to resist chemicals and solvents, and withstand high temperatures. I also use these to label my kids' plastic water bottles that they take to school. I wash the water bottles in the dishwasher every night to keep them sanitary. The ink from these markers does not hold up to the dishwasher - in fact it fades almost as quickly as the ink from regular sharpies. So I have to relabel the water bottles almost daily. Having to relabel the water bottles isn't a problem, but I expected ink that is marketed for withstanding chemicals and heat to stand up to the dishwasher. So I reduced their rating by a star. In closing, they are fine markers, but for my uses they perform little better than regular Sharpies.

Sicherlich kann im privaten Gebrauch auch ein günstiger Marker die Arbeit verrichten, aber wenn es professionell sein soll, dann greife ich auf diese Marke gerne zu!
