I was sceptical about getting a weighted blanket. I’ve struggled massively with insomnia all my life as well as mental health issues particularly anxiety at the moment. This blanket is the best thing I could have done for myself. I’m sleeping so much better and it’s so so calming. Admittedly it does take some getting used to as I’ve never used anything weighted before but it only took me 2 nights. The weight is evenly distributed and the fabric is soft (not fluffy but worth what I paid for)Overall a great product that really does work and brilliant value for money!

I've been suffering from nights terrors since iexperienced a traumatic event.I can't stay in a deep sleep for very long, i keep waking up because of nightmares and it's really hard for me to get to sleep...all day long. I dread the time for going to sleep, because it stresses me out.So after readind a canadian study, which was very positive about the benefits of this kind of quilt for making you feel subconsciously that you are in a cocoon, i wanted to try out this cover.I was quite sceptical before i received it but it has totally transformed my nights. I can get to sleep much more easily Y have been using it for a few days now and i have slept bettan than i had in months.What is really nice is that i feel as though i am being hugged, when i snuggle down under the cover.I would highly recommend this quilt, it's a great buy which has totally changed my nights and it's a very good price.

I weigh between 53 and 54kg, so this blanket with it's 7kg is a little heavier than the reccomended 10% of your body weight.When you're buying this in king size, remember, that a weighted blanket is not supposed to hang over the edges of the bed. Therefore the king size of a weighted blanket is not the same as for a normal duvet (220×230cm), but smaller than that.I would definitly recommend to put a cover over the blanket, like you would with a duvet, to protect it from any stains that might come its way!!The blanket did not have a weird smell to it upon arrival, so I tried it out right away. It is comfortable, but it is heavy, so moving around under it is a little hard and if you're a restless sleeper, like me, it might not be the best to use in bed every night, but for snuggling on the sofa.All in all, I might have rather gone with multiple blankets to sleep under during the night, to archive a little weight (similar to the idea of the comfort of a weighted blanket). Multible blankets you can push off easier if they do end up restricting your movement during sleep aswell.The product is good, but fairly pricy for a student and personally I wasn't impressed by it. (The hype is overrated in my opinion.)

I wasn't sure whether a weighted blanket would help with sleep issues so I spent a lot of time researching them first. I definitely made the right decision to buy this one. It took me a couple of weeks to get used to it but I wouldn't be without it now. I've been sleeping with it for 3 weeks and my sleep has definitely improved and it's also helped with my anxiety. The only way I can describe it is 'it's like being wrapped up in a comfort blanket.' Its also super soft and looks great on the bed. Highly recommend!

The blanket us super soft and cooling. It looks lovely on the bed. I love the way it fits around me. Makes me feel so comfy. I was worried I'd be too hot but its not hot at all. It feels lighter than 8k. Im going to purchase another one! Would have liked a removable cover included though.

Bought this for my son who was starting Uni. He has dyspraxia and often gets restless and doesn't sleep well when worried about change or stressed. The blanket is heavy but his quality of sleep is much improved as is his level of stress and anxiety. He says it's like having a big hug when he wears it to walk around. I love the way he seems so much happier, more rested and in a better mood on waking. Definitely a great buy and worth the extra spent on a cover too!

This blanket is amazing! I suffer from anxiety and haven’t slept properly in over a year, I purchased this blanket following a recommendation from my friend and had the most perfect nights sleep!!! I even use it to help me relax on the sofa during the day!I have recommended this to two of my friends already who have also purchased one!My only downside is it didn’t come with a cover, and I can’t find any information for getting a cover?

Lovely blanket and nice weight, but it's short...I ordered king-size without checking the dimensions... I assumed king-size was king size... The width is fine, but the height is way too short.... I'm 6ft or so tall and it only covers from my shoulders to just below my knees leaving the bottom of my legs sticking out 😢Partly my fault, the dimensions are there, but when I read king-size I figured it'd be like any other standard king-size quilt.Fill out a form after it arrives and get a free cover sent as well... A nice bonus, but would have been better included in the initial delivery.

Slaap er al een paar weken onder, en me slaap en gevoelens van dingen niet aan kunnen, zijn sterk verbeterd.Raad iedereen aan die te maken hebben met slapen en angststoornissen.

J'ai commandé cette couverture lestée et je dois dire avoir été très surpris.Surpris car on ne va pas se mentir, toutes les couvertures lestée sur Amazon viennent de chine, et ce qui vient de chine ne jouie pas toujours d'une bonne image, mais bon, il ne s'agit que d'une couverture.....et bien j'ai été très surpris car : Elle est "belle", et rends bien plus en vrai que sur photo, on peut donc la laisser sans problème sur le lit quand on ne l'utilise pas, elle ne fait pas "cheap", au contraire. Au niveau des finitions, rien à redire !C'est la première fois que j'utilise ce genre de produit, ce que je peux dire c'est que c'est agréable de dormir avec, néanmoins, je vais en racheter une et voir pour faire un retour car j'ai pris la 6Kg ( je fais 60kg), et je pense qu'un modèle plus lourds serait mieux pour moi ( Il serait d'ailleurs bien que le vendeur voit pour avoir un modèle plus lourd....10-11kg par exemple).En tout cas, c'est de la bonne qualité, c'est beau, c'est agréable, et normalement la matière utilisée ( bille en verre + bambou) font qu'elle ne devrait pas générer trop de chaleur en été, et ça, c'est un bon point.En somme, je recommande clairement le modèle.

Coperta pesante che ti avvolge bene, tutto come da descrizione, unico piccolissimo appunto il tessuto è un po' freddino e quando entri a letto l'impatto non è dei più facili! Si può ovviare con un copri coperta.

The product is not as advertised. I chose the "King size' and it barely fits a queen size bed. 160x200 is not King size therefore it should not be listed as a King.

Compré la manta de 2kg para mí a pesar de ser adulta porque las mantas pesadas indicadas para mi peso (+/- 60kg) pesan demasiado para mí, me generan dolor en la espalda y las piernas.Llevo 2 semanas usándola y duermo mucho mejor que antes (me duermo más rápido, me despierto menos durante la noche y me levanto con más energía), sin las molestias de las mantas más pesadas. La manta es en teoría pequeña para mí (150cm, mido 170cm) pero queda bien ya que en cualquier caso no me hace falta para la cabeza ni el cuello, y ya que mueve menos que una manta ligera mis pies siguen siendo cubiertos durante la noche.El único defecto es que cuando se usa sin funda el material es muy suave y las sabanas o el edredón pueden deslizarse.Además la manta venía con un cupón para obtener una funda para la manta que recibí hace algunos días: está muy bien, hay un sistema para atar la manta dentro de la funda para que no se mueva y la funda es de muy buena calidad. Es muy probable que compré otra funda en el futuro, merece la pena.
