Well worth the money!
Dont believe all the negative reviews. Subs dont just sound great no matter what. It takes the proper power and the right enclosure. I have 2 of these in a custom built ported box. 1.2cu/ft tuned to 47 hertz. 200w continuous to each. They absolutely blew me away. Was not expecting them to hit as hard as they do. And they can play the lows just fine. Not going to win any competitions but well worth the money. Put em in a good box!

Good price for pair of 6 inch DVC, but absoluty can't handle wattage claimed
Good price for the pair of 6 inch DVC, but on a 600 watt amp per channel is 300 wat max, speakers wired for both voice coils to be utilized which would make them 2 ohm, at about 70 watts per channel that was maxing out what the speakers could handle, otherwise they are great speakers and a really good price I will probably get more because they work and sound really well

Paper cones, RMS is about 35W... NOT bad sounding.
This is not a bad choice for a small car or a small room. These are probably as cheap as they come .. however they have decent size magnets, 6.5" cones... so easy to fit in a custom box under a front seat for example .. installing them far back is hard to hear them. My amp is only pulling 4 Amps for both of them together .. so they about 35Watts RMS each... 14AWG wire can be used :)They are easy to overload and blow so be very careful. If placed in a proper box (.52CF each sealed) they sound OK any cheap/weak amp without straining the alternator.

Not as advertised
In general for the price it's not a bad deal... But the two 6.5 in subs I purchased are NOT as described in the box or in the product description. The basket is made of plastic not steel as described and the speaker terminals are NOT push down button they are slide on tab style...

Great speakers at an amazing price!
I was so surprised and pleased to hear the frequency response in these speakers. I used them as a replacement in my wifes car and were at least 10x better than her factory "high end" speakers that would have cost multitudes more to replace with the same thing. Supurb product at a great price!!
