This book has everything you’d need to record your runs, lovely size, lovely plastic backed bendy cover, just lovely!

I love this running journal! I am training for an ultra and there is enough space for me to make meaningful noted about each training run- what worked, what didn't, etc. I do wish there was a section to create your training plan- I am using the end of journal "notes" section for this and there isn't quite enough room. Otherwise, this thing is awesome.

I've been looking for a log book for a long time. And I really love this one, it's simple and yet it has all it needs and a bit more. I will repurchase in the future when my book is full.

I used to be a casual runner, never really thought about taking this as seriously. But now with this book I get to see myself grow and change as I work harder on my running. I get to put down my goals, my miles, my time, and my races (mostly 5ks right now) and I can see myself growing on the page. It's a good way to remind myself that I am getting better one run at a time and gives me more confidence that I can get even better.

Finally a running journal I really love. There is only one thing I would add. There should be a spot for daily goals.Otherwise, this is a great journal Clear precise and lots of room to write in it.

I love it but the price is a expensive for a notebook.
