IDK if this is the smallest flash drive you can get physically, but it's very close. It's smaller than most mouse dongles. Works great to transfer files between computers. Pretty much just sits in my laptop USB port indefinitely.

Nice quality product at a reasonable price. I tried some other off brands and they did not fit well into USB ports, there are tons of inferior products out there but this is NOT one of them. Very satisfied with this product. I use it to load my mp3 music collection and play in my vehicles USB ports. Good speed and perfect size to be used in vehicles. Regards S.Jones

I bought two of these to use to play music in my cars radios. The Sony radio in one of my cars did not like this drive the music was all distorted. I tried another 128g drive I had, it worked just fine. I tried a few different reformats/reloads to see if it would fix the problem but after the a radio test I return to the computer and found the drive no longer connecting. Not sure why the Sony didn't like it, maybe the 3.2 Gen 1 or maybe something with the formatting. The drive does seem to be totally dead now. The other drive is working in the other car with the factory radio just fine, time will tell how it holds up. By the way, I did try the other drive on the Sony, playback was also distorted.

I purchased this in July of 2025 and this is the first time I had a defective flash drive. I also purchased the data recovery plan for an additional $3.99. I shipped the device off to the data recovery people first when they couldn't fix it they sent it back to me in pieces to show the manufacturer if they would replace the product. The company Lexar lets themself off The Hook from product replacing by saying that the device should have been intact. So it's a real catch 22 if you use the data recovery plan of course they're going to take it apart but you lose the opportunity to replace the product and there's no way to prove the product effective unless you send it to data recovery. I rate this one star or less for bad customer service.

This is the second time I buy this drive (Lexar 128GB). I love its size, that I can stick it to a computer as a semi-permanent attachment - does not stick out much! The speed is good. When I copied a relatively large amount of data to it, it stumbled at a file of 7.2GB. I already knew that the original formatting has a stricter file size limitation. So, just format it and it goes smoothly - in case you need to write such a large file to the drive - it all depends on your needs (I used the normal formatting at Win 10). Either way, it works fine and the formatting (if needed) is easily done.
