Rimmel Glam' Eyes Quad Eye Shadow, Precious Crown, .14 oz

Reading the reviews posted for this eye shadow (Precious Crown) convinced me to try it. I use Rimmel Glam Eyes Quad Eye Shadow in other shades such as Smokey Noir as an eyeliner. I use a small brush dipped in water and apply it like a liner. So what was too dark for some reviewers was exactly what I was looking for. The four dark shades of eye shadow are four good shades of eyeliner for my brown eyes. It lasts all day, too; better than I can say for products designed to be eyeliner.

I really hate this one because all the shades ar just dark when applied on the skin . They all look almost the same, no pigment or color as you see in the pictures or even in the eyshadow's case.They are very very dark and dusty so it's very difficult to apply them and correct them if you've put a bit too much :( very messy ...I would return it but it's not worth it because they are indeed cheap so instead I think I will just throw it away ...

Nice eyeshadow. Great for creating a smokey eye. Easy to work with and a lot of combinations possible with the four colors.

I've cut way back on liquid eyeliner. This is a fantastic replacement. Just wet the eyeliner brush and apply. Easy.

While I really like the colors, this product is a mess. Nothing stays put and it gets all over the place. I mean all over the place; your face, your counters, your clothes, everywhere.

Even though I had read other poor reviews about this product, I was tempted to see it for myself. In the photo, the colors are lovely. In actual use, every one of them is very dark and all appear to be the same color of dirty charcoal. It's a shame because this could have been a big seller due to the combination of what appear to be lovely colors.

Too dark

All the eyeshadows are nearly black. When I tested them along side each other there was hardly any difference in them. Disappointed
