In short I'd not buy it again. It barely fit, it should be more flexible and pliable to manipulate it to fit. I could barely stretch and hold it to screw it onto the watch. Since it is so tight I expect it to blow apart soon.

This fits an Suunto Ambit3, but you are going to have a hard time setting it right and making it fit. The mold is not perfect, it requires quite a lot of pressure on one side to make the other sides screw catch. Patience.

I read some reviews that said it does not fit ambit 3. That was incorrect. I have the ambit 3 and this band fit. I am happy with it

I wear my watch 24/7 and it is subject to constant abuse. I noticed a tear in my old watch band and intended to buy a new one from suunto until I saw that these were available and came in colors other than black. I purchased the red because in the photo online it appears to be a deep almost crimson red. What I received was more washed out looking in person. I wish I had tried another color but for the price point and ease of swapping out the band I will probably purchase another color in the future. Even my photos do not do the color difference justice.

I've had this a few days, but so far it's very solid. Feels sturdier, maybe more rigid than original. Prefer the different color options to plain black. Pretty easy to install

I have a Suunto Ambit 2 that I've owned since 2014, and this is the second time I've had to replace to watch band, which either means that I'm not gentle on the bands or this type of material is not sufficiently durable for a sports watch.In any case, only five minutes were required to replace the watch band the first time I needed to do so; with this band, the better part of an hour was required because the half with the clasp did not fit the watch perfectly--in all likelihood a manufacturing error--and the material was so inflexible as to make stretching the band the last millimeter to the screw hold frustrating. In addition, the clasp was placed on the strap backwards. Fortunately, I had a tool for removing watch pins lying around the house and I was able to resolve that problem myself.

Unlike the previous band I ordered from another manufacturer, this one came in two days (instead of 6 weeks). It installed easily and seems comparable to other bands. Nice that you get an assortment of colors to choose from--the navy is a little more interesting than black. My experience with these bands is that they last 1.5-2 years, so if this one lasts that long I will be completely satisfied.
