Check your Wi-Fi connection
I wanted to love this. It seemed perfect, since I wanted one that’s reasonably priced, simple to install, with a phone app, two-way sound, pan and scan, etc.Granted, the initial connection via cable was easy and quick. I was excited! The picture was good, and the sound was passable. But then trying to remove the cable and connect to the Wi-Fi proved...impossible. I did exactly as the (sparse) instructions detailed. Nothing. Each time, I’d get a message that the camera was offline. I deleted the app, reset the camera, tried over and over.I contacted support, which is in China, so there was always a delay in responding. In a series of emails, they gave me several steps, including a different app to try, but to no avail. The last time I wrote back to tell them that what they suggested did not work, they never responded back. It's been nearly a week with no answer.UPDATED!! 05-19-15Working with their support department, we resolved the issue. Yes, the problem had to do with the security protocol on the router. It can' be WEP, though that is not mentioned in the installation brochure. Once I upgraded to WPA2, it connected with no problem. I am pleased with the product.

Bad camera, bad app, non-existent customer service
I purchased two of these cameras in January 2016. The camera itself appears to be of reasonable quality and the video from it is fine. Setup is not necessarily intuitive, but not a problem if you have at least moderate computer skills. The application that you have to use to view the video feeds is pretty clunky, and it regularly disconnects without any notification, which is a problem if you are planning to use it as a baby monitor. About a month ago, one of the two cameras died. I have since tried to contact the company weekly for the past month and have yet to receive a response. Mustcam claims to have a full 1 year warranty, but they apparently dodge their obligations under that warranty by not responding to customer inquiries.I would give this product 1 star, but at least one of the cameras is still working. I'd give their customer service 0 stars if that were an option. Buyer beware.Update:The second camera has now died. This product is garbage. Don't waste your money.

Worked for 3 months then died
This WAS a great product. It worked great for about 3 and a half months, then pooped out on us.Initial setup was a breeze and the app was easy to use. Yes, if you closed out and immediately reopened it would take a bit of time to reestablish a connection, but for what I paid? I could deal with that.Great picture quality. I used it as a baby monitor (for video only) and it gave me great peace of mind when I wanted to peek in to see that my little one was ok.But it all went to crap when the power went out last month. It was plugged in to a surge protector and no other electronics in our home were damaged so it seems this device just couldn't handle losing power? It just makes a chirping/clicking sound when plugged in now, won't establish a connection, and pressing the reset button does nothing. Mustcam advertises a 1 yr warranty on all products so I reached out to them for technical support or instructions to replace it. They still haven't gotten back to me about 4 weeks later so it looks like I'm out of luck.

I can't Recommend it.
The camera images are very good, unfortunately the same can't be said with the software/setup. I spent hours trying to figure out how to make this thing work. The browser setup is ok, but it's not very intuitive. The app (iOS) isn't worth downloading. It has no way to adjust the cameras (pan & tilt), at least I couldn't figure out how. I have several other ip cameras and the app could not even find them. I generally us the FosCam app (witch works well for my other cameras) and that could not see this camera. I was about ready to just send this thing back and move on. As a last ditch effort I tried my EasyN app and it worked! In general I would say don't buy this one. The only reason I am keeping this one is because it takes very sharp nighttime images.

Works great as a baby monitor
Works great as a baby monitor. Nice to be able to pull up the image on my phone or tablet. The alarm feature even triggers a notification popup on my phone when it detects movement. Very good value, reasonably priced compared to a dedicated video baby monitor.Cons: there is a 2-3 second lag on the audio (sometimes the video as well). The microphone doesn't pick up too well; I can hear the baby through the house easier than I can through the camera system.

Soso....u get what u pay for
It works ok.....once you turn off u must connect via ethernet cable before u can connect to wifi......does lag especially if you choose hd video......2 way speakers do suck.....can barely hear whats is being received via camera and forget about talking back through it......sound like a garbage disposal. Needs to be away to turn sound up....whats the point if you cant hear aything?

I love the fact that it connects to an app
I use this camera as a baby camera in my daughter's room. I love the fact that it connects to an app, and I can see if my daughter is in her crib sleeping even when I'm not home and someone else is watching her. However I gave it four starts because the sound and speech function of it doesn't work too well. It skips and lags and cuts out, therefor making it pretty much useless. I only use it for the video now, and bought a different baby monitor for sound.

Honest review
I received nothing for this review. Been using this camera for several months & it is great. Took me some time to set it up, but only due to my mistakes. Once up & running it works great. Night vision is good. Cell phone monitoring is good. Only complaint would be with the audio, but am using it in a location to cover 3 rooms. I highly recommend this camera, it exceeds my expectations.
