This is a strong, durable roller, and it works great for my fascia release. I used it on my legs and feet, and this gave such pain relief! I wish I had discovered many months ago! This is going to be used at least weekly, if not daily, and I love how I can be the one to decide the amount of pressure to apply. It's so easy to use and thenrollernis extremely smooth.

I'm having an issue with my anterior collateral ligament on my left leg. A therapist recommended using the RAD Rod massager. I have used it about a week to work knots or tender areas from my quad and calf muscles. It is light in weight, has comfortable grips on either side and is easy to use. Basically, I sit on a chair and starting at the top of my leg, press and roll the roller stick and when I feel a tender spot, focus rolling the rod in that area, applying pressure until the tenderness subsides. Then, roll down to just above the knee and back up the quad. I use it on my calf as well. It comes with instructions for use. You don't have to wait until you have an injury to get one, as it can be used after regular exercise.

Love this! Easy to regulate the pressure used without causing a lot of pain. It's good quality and worth every penny. It gave me relief I wasn't able to get with the massage gun.

I'm a medical massage therapist since 1992 and have seen all kinds of crap "tools" for self work. This one delivers! I tore my hip labrum a few years ago then a year later had reconstructive surgery. My quads, glutes, adductors and rotators were all stuck together, gummed up with scar tissue, lumpy and not firing correctly from compromised walking for a year. I've had a ton of neuromuscular therapy and Rolfing, but also need to be doing my own work on it between sessions and this one actually works! It doesn't bend whatsoever, it rolls like a rolling pin and gets in super deep working the fascia deep to the bone. Nice and smooth surface but a little "grabby" to engage the fascia. I wouldn't recommend for muscular work so much, but I bet with one of their other tools on it like the Helix would be good. Built heavy duty. I also got the RAD Atom which is great for specific work on my quads, glutes and attachments all around my hip.

My physical therapist uses one for my leg muscles and it works wonders. So I ordered one. Easy to use on yourself and very effective.

Recommended by my massage therapist. Good quality but I didn’t realize that there is a shorter one that may be easier for me. This size is just to long for a not-so-flexible older lady. I need the roller mostly for for my legs but instructions show how to use on different parts of the body. It feels good and I will buy the smaller one. (I kept the other one for family)

This is an excellent product. I absolutely love it’s versatility, form factor and just plain old, overall design. It’s the perfect size and weight for travel and fits perfectly in a carry-on or gym bag. It’s great for those, super-specific targeted areas as well as for working out some of those trouble spots in larger areas of the body. Excellent product!

It does not help to relieve sore muscles. I wanted to return, but it's not possible to return such items!!!

Hola. Tenía ganas de probar este producto ya que tengo otros productos de la misma casa. El material es sólido y tiene un acabado muy bueno. La pena es que venia en una bolsa abierta sin folleto ni nada así que no conozco mucho sobre cómo usar este producto. Siempre he comprado productos de la misma casa y venían en una caja de cartón sellada con su folleto. Desafortunadamente, no es el caso de este producto.

Provati già altri, tra cui quello della Trigger Point, con le scanalature. A mio parere questo, nella sua apparente semplicità, è ugualmente solido, ma soprattutto piacevole a contatto sulla pelle. L'ho trovato poi più maneggevole su alcune zone della parte superiore del corpo (p.es. la zona infrascapolare e la base del collo). Consigliato.
