NOT Toxic As Another Reviewer States
When I say I did HOURS of research on how to treat fleas, I truly mean it. Every single traditional flea product on the market for cats (Frontline, etc.) had at LEAST one reviewer saying that the treatment killed their cat or gave it chemical burns if it was a topical application. I don't know about the average pet owner, but I was NOT willing to take that risk with my cat. I love her too much.So I researched. Endlessly. I looked at a hundred products. I surveyed ingredients. I scrutinized. I read reviews. I looked at potential side effects. I became frustrated. I ended up not wanting to risk anything.... so I took to simply brushing my cat thoroughly with a flea comb for 40 minutes each day. She loved it, but there had to be something better. It's well known that many essential oils are quite harmful to cats because they don't have the same enzymes humans or even dogs do, so they can't break down certain substances and it makes the substances toxic to them. HOWEVER.... there are a handful of exceptions to this rule. The first is cedarwood oil. Another is rosemary, and the third is lemongrass in small concentrations.GUESS WHAT FLEAS DON'T LIKE? These three essential oils. I don't think the pet pharmaceutical companies want this to be common knowledge. After hours of frustration and a month of brushing my cat and tearing apart my house to wash carpets and sofas, I finally felt some hope. The concentrations of the oils are diluted enough to where I feel safe using this product. So I ordered it.I got this product, sprayed it onto the flea comb, and brushed my cat down outdoors. She was completely unaffected, loved the brushing as usual, and I actually watched a flea die after exposure to this product. She had no negative reactions or behavioral changes. She's used to it now and it has actually made a difference in our fleas-at-bay routine. I couldn't be happier.FINALLY!!!

Dangerously toxic, violates EPA regulation
This product has an outrageously conflicting information on its label (see photos). How can I spray it on my cat if the caution note says "Do not spray on animals"?! I have never seen anything weird and confusing like this - how should this product even be used?!Furthermore, the product is claimed to be exempted from the US EPA registration under FIFRA (Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act), presumably, as a minimum risk product. However, to be exempted from the EPA registration, pesticide products must meet six conditions. "Condition 3: All of the ingredients (both active and inert) must be listed on the label. The active ingredient(s) must be listed by label display name and percentage by weight. Each inert ingredient must be listed by label display name." This product does NOT list inert ingredients.

INCREDIBLE, BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!
All I have to say is WOW this stuff is absolutely amazing and effective.I couldn’t tell if it was working because my cats stopped scratching themselves all together but it just worked that instantly!!!!Im so happy for my fur kitties.I have a picture attached to show you what it does when it comes in contact with the flee!!It basically kills them and turns them into a pool of blood.I couldn’t figure out why all of the black flees on my table suddenly became red blotches.Isnt that amazing?!It took only 15 minutes for them to turn red. Incredible.I spritzed my 1200 sq ft apartment and still had SO much more left over.My cats are way calmer now and able to actually rest. Poor things. The bottle does get hard to squeeze after spraying a room or two but just add water and you’re good. The smell is honestly really nice and I have no allergies to it.Im allergic to so many things so that’s a relief!Smells like cedar wood.Overall an amazing product and I might not even have to use the other things I bought!!! Incredible!!!!!! Cant give it enough praise.Ill give an update on if the fleas return but I seriously doubt it and if they do I doubt it’s because this wasn’t effective. They lay eggs everywhere.(Update)I also just trapped one to see how long it would take to kill a full grown flea and it was about two minutes!

Very Effective
Fleas definitely do not like the smell or feel of this stuff; they back off -- and get off -- quickly. And yet, for us humans, it's a pleasant smell. It's meant to be used on one's hands (and from there, massaged onto/into the cat's fur -- rather than be sprayed on directly). I also used it in the bathroom along the floor adjoining the walls and in the corners (litter box in bathroom), and that entrapped and killed a number of the beasties. Altho not on the "how to use" directions, I sprayed some on my socks (and even bare feet/ankles) when in areas where they were landing on me, and that kept them off. Btw, fleas are more than an irritant or inconvenience. Exposure to too many fleas for too long can lead to a pet getting anemia, which if not promptly treated, can kill them. I reordered, needing a second bottle to get rid of them. If they even begin to crop up again, I'll buy another bottle pronto. Great stuff. And all-natural, and Made in the USA.

MAY BE DANGEROUS TO PEOPLE AND PETS AS STATED ON ITS LABEL
I did not give this a 5 star because: In one area is states it is safe for bets and children and in another area it states not to let it come in contact with people and pets. SO WHATS UP!
