The set is compact and covered with a generous coating of mineral oil. I mistakenly thought they were standard quick-connect, but they are for the old-style drill chuck. I was able to use my Dremel tool to shape the bit end to fit into a socket. The metal is soft and it was a super quick job. All-in-all a reasonable product.

I have only used the hole saw kit for some work with PVC, but they are great. Parts are easy to swap between and produce the uniform holes I needed. Occasionally the PVC can get jammed up in the bit and takes a little work to free, but that is to be expected.All in all, good quality for the price if you need an inexpensive, smaller diameter, hole saw kit.

Chances are that you are getting this without planning to use it more than a couple times. If that is the case, you are doing well for yourself at this price

They weren’t bad, got the job done. The sizes and sturdiness wasn’t the best. You get what you pay for

This set will drill holes in Sheetrock, soft woods and laminated woods, but don’t expect it to be accurate in size.The hole saw to spindle tolerances are poor so as the assembly rotates it is out of round - thus over sizing the finished hole. If you plan to put for instance a grommet into the hole to finish it, the grommet will be loose. If the grommet is on a vertical surface (say a wire through hole in a cabinet) it will fall out ! You’ll need to glue it in place. If your doing the same on Sheetrock, it’s an oversized mess.I do a lot of tv and sound system installations and this set doesn’t cut it ! The result is sloppy and not up to my standards

I got this kit and really loved it. My wife had wanted me to drill a hole in her computer desk to run all her cables and cords through. I got all excited, found the right tools and equipment for the job, and charged up my drill. And then she changed her mind. I still dream of putting my hole-borer to good use... perhaps I'll just get some lumber and bore a bunch of holes in it. If I don't find that satisfy, perhaps I'll flip the board over and bore some more. Perhaps I'm just sublimating. In any event, this equipment do sure have a purdy mouf.

Took way to much effort to cut through even 1\2" plywood but it did eventually work
