Are they recommended to someone (like me) that uses the smaller thinner ear tips?

I usually prefer those types of tips, but I needed something that held them more secure for gym or more active use. I did find that the Comply tips fit bigger than the default tips. I was using the medium tips for my Sony WF-1000XM3s, but I had to use the small size Comply tips to get the same type of fit. Hopefully that helps!

Are these the 220-c’s or not?!

not sure what 220-c's are but I have them for my XM3 earbuds and they are great.

Why don't you offer a pack with all 3 sizes in it? That way customers can try different sizes without reordering

On the other hand they offer a full refund to replace with the correct size, and as being made from memory foam, it is likely to fit most of ears with the medium one... I usually use either medium or large depending on the maker, on this one I've tried the medium and its working very well.

If i'm a medium in the comply tsx-400, but large in the included sony ones, which size do i get?

The difference is small between the medium and large but it sounds like the large might be the ones for you. Both medium and large will fit my ears.
