Can you use this for sleep?

I wouldn't recommend them for sleep, they have a blue light that flashes every 5 sec when connected, in a dark room it's bright enough for me to see even with my eyes closed.

Are these any good with Samsung Galaxy

Use mine with my galaxy s9. No problems

Do they stay put whilst running or at least workouts?

These earbuds are secure when running or doing any exercise. Make sure you choose the correct ear tips for each ear. Note: I was reading an article which said your left ear canal is different size to your right and to choose the ear tips accordingly.
