Not impressed. But also, not bad.
The RC is not exactly the same as the original (as advertised) And I don’t mean aesthetically. Layout is a bit different and some buttons either have a different function or are missing. (IE: some surround modes). Also, the lack of a user manuel (yes, I’m not a tool but since it’s a different RC, some specifications are needed for programming and understanding the differences mentioned before). All in all, this is the only way to get a replacement (thanks Yamaha), so a 60 bucks RC needed to operate your device is the inevitable way to go to take advantage of a perfectly working amp/receiver and not creating more unnecessary garbage in the world.

Expensive but worth it!
Was looking for replacement remote for my Yamaha receiver and wanted an 1:1 replacement as opposed to a off brand that may only have part of the functions of the original remote. Found this one, a little more expensive than I'd prefer but hopefully it will last because it works just like my old one. Was good to find a rare replacement that works great!

NOT COMPATABLE TO AMPLIFIER RX-V661
The unit menu function was difficult and confusing for setting scene. I could not figure out how to set up manual setting for speaker changes. I have returned item for refund to my visa account.
