196cc hisun engine shaft adapter
I was doing a mini bike build and needed an adapter. Found this one and ordered it. Received it in 2 days and was made of high quality materials. It does Come with a key as well. I installed it on my Coleman ct200u-ex mini bike build and it fit like a glove. I've been riding my bike for awhile now on trails and pretty big bumps and it's performing excellent. It's absolutely worth the purchase, and I definitely recommend this shaft adapter

Snug Fit
Installed on a Coleman CT200U 196cc Hisun engine. When I first opened the package I thought it was too long for my application (longer the the engine shaft). It turned out to be the perfect length for the 3/4" torque convertor install.Very snug fit which required some light tapping to install.Just a word of caution if you are going to use this with a standard 3/4" centrifugal clutch. You may need to cut it shorter to match your drive shaft length.

Fits 2020 Coleman CT200U
I needed an adapter for my 2020 Coleman CT200U. The stock Hisun engine was not able to work out of the box with my torque converter install. It was a tight fit, I did need to hammer it on the shaft but it did slide on with minimal effort. Installed perfectly and is holding up great!

Weld to crank
Says what it does. It does adapt. But as others have said the Coleman 6.5 engine is a 16mm shaft so when adapter is put on it will make the diameter a little larger than 3/4. Also like others said will not work with torque converter because of the key thats already made into a torque converter which will not lock into crankshaft it will only lock into the adapter. Risk of spinning on crank is 100% with torque converter. So since diameter ended up being too large and needed to be addressed anyway. I drilled a hole in the adapter. One on each side of the key way. Then installed on crank. Then welded it to the crank, grounded down the welds, then sanded entire adapter to ensure nice smooth install of torque converter seems to be just fine. $10 is obviously cheaper than $150 for a new engine when there’s nothing wrong with mine.

Requires some sanding
It does the job but it was too big for a torque converter pulley to go on. To fix the problem, i ran corse sand paper over it while it was on the drive shaft, and the engine was running. After a few rounds of that and some wd40 it slides right on. DO NOT hammer your pulley on or it WILL NOT come off without major damage(trust me, I made that mistake and ruined a pulley)

Worked out well
Just want to mention that the fit was pretty tight, I did some work to the inside diameter to make it fit properly using a dremel tool & & drum sander. It took a little while but it fit just fine afterwards.
