NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Butter Gloss, Non-Sticky Lip Gloss - Angel Food Cake (True Mauve)

My friend put my on this gloss. She made goodie bags for us when she had her birthday. This was one of the items. I recently reached out to her and said, hey, where did you get that gloss? Then she messaged me back and said they're on sale at Amazon! So here I am! 3 glosses for a great rate. I plan to give one to my friend for her birthday coming up.

I’ve bought the NYX Butter Gloss in various shades, including Sugar Glass (clear), four times now, and I absolutely love it! It’s the perfect balance of glossy without being sticky. The formula is smooth, super comfortable, and leaves my lips feeling soft. I love how it adds a beautiful, shiny finish without overwhelming color—perfect for everyday wear. Plus, it’s affordable but feels high-end. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a versatile and reliable lip gloss!

Very pigmented so I can only do a few dabs, but besides that it’s really pretty. I would say it needs enhancing because it isn’t moisturizing and it doesn’t last long. Definitely don’t have to worry about it staining.

I really like this clear lip gloss! It feels nice on the skin, and it’s so small and perfect. It works nice as a finish to any look and ends off with a shine. It was only a few bucks, which is a nice deal!

I normally shy away from lip glosses because so many of them feel just like thick, sticky goop that’ll stick to your hair. I also didn’t really think much of the name “butter gloss” because people will literally call any makeup product buttery these days. But because of the price point and the many promising reviews I’d seen online, I decided it wouldn’t hurt to try it out for myself. They weren’t kidding: this stuff both looks good AND feels good on the lips! I keep reapplying it not because the color’s gone, not because it dried out my lips, but because it feels good to put on (smells nice too, haha). In this picture I’m wearing the Summer Fruit gloss with the lip liner they suggest as a color match, the Slim Lip Pencil in 816 Fuschia, which I also recommend.(Also ignore the bad contouring in this picture, was testing out a new brush…)

love nyx butter gloss! it has good pigment and is moisturizing. it doesn't stain but it will smudge if you touch your lips to something. works as it should, not a stain, it does wear off like regular lip gloss. pretty over top of a stain or lipstick.

✅I took a chance on these and glad I did! I wasn't disappointed with the colors either! Honestly, I'm not too into makeup and hate playing the "find a nice color to match game" But I brought a few of these and I could deal with these for sure! Is a really bright color and helps moisturize lips. However it is too pink for me.
